I found out I had been paying £18 to this company since 2022! I couldn’t believe I had let this go unnoticed for so long. HOWEVER, after contacting them expecting to have a fight on my hands, they calmly and politely refunded £562. No hassle at all.
That’s why I gave them 5 stars. It has made me check every purchase I make now, looking for any strings attached. As they say buyer beware.

Similar Story to all the Rest.
Noticed £18 Pending - Never heard of Company, asked Bank to Investigate.
Somehow in 2021, I'd ticked a 30 day trial box that gave me a Discount of a Domini's Pizza & Something from Ticket Master - Over 4 years on - Still taking payments, Requested a Refund, which forms have been sent out to complete.
Will update again after I've received my £800+ back.
They use reputable to offer a Discount code & Trial.

Very frustrating

I have just had the same as a lot of the other reviews on here, today noticed £18 going to WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO on my bank statement, and after looking at these reviews decided to check my account only to find that this started on a previous card on 6th Aug 2024 totalling £219.
I have now done the same as some of the previous reviewers and emailed customer services, email which I obtained from money saving experts.

If this doesn't work then I will be reporting through my bank, who have already advised to attempt to contact the company directly in the first instance.

Same as a previous comment and I think Thatinline must be asked questions as well why they will be allowing this concealed payments to be taken from accounts. Will be reporting to Natwest as have been paying since April time without realising it

be viligiant

I was checking through recent transactions on my bank account and was being extra watchful as i'd lost a debit card. A mysterious transaction for WSL popped up of £18 deducted. I spoke to the fraud team at TSB and they said this is a company which I signed up to without realising it (in this case via trainline.com) . This has been taking place since 2022! I'm assured of a refund of the 36 instalments of £15 which went up to £18. I will update this review when i have received my refund.
Whatever the case may be, be VILIGANT. This company is clearly stealing from many people.

Unauthorized withdrawal from my account

They had been taking 15 pounds a month from my account for several months. I never signed up for whatever service they offer. I only noticed today and froze my card, next step, I will get a new card with a different number. Scammers.

Absolute travesty

This company and their sister sites rely on people not “unchecking” boxes on websites, retailers that sign up to them that don’t care,
I have just noticed that they have been taking out £15 a month for two years using a debit card number, apparently through Dorothy Perkins.
The reasonably small amount means most people would not notice immediately, no Direct Debit.
When I phoned them to complain it’s a scam and get a refund she did not even argue the point, immediately agreeing to a refund and cancellation.
That tells me even she knows how they make a living.
I suggested she hands in her notice & find alternative employment on morality grounds.
They need dealing with properly as they are getting away with scamming people and it’s all probably legal.
They have paid all the money back in 25 £15 refunds.
Even though I know about this it would be easy to get caught again.
Be vigilant!!!

Somehow signed up without knowing (my bad) but then trying to cancel was near impossible. Bank told me it was basically a scam company and they get thousands of requests to cancel but - and here is the important bit - Complete Save then change their details so the payments (£15 per month in my case) continue. Total rip-off cowboys. Rating should be 0 stars not 1.

Refunded…

I have unwittingly been paying £15 a month to this company for years. I had never heard of them. After realising what had happened I stopped the payments with my bank and immediately emailed them to cancel my subscription along with a letter of complaint. The next day they sent me back £45 and a claim form for the rest of what I had paid them. Today they have said they are refunding me another £585. I'm still unhappy about the way they catch people out but they have been great at refunding me so for this I give 2 stars.

Scam Company

This is a scam company that operates through various retailers like plumbworld and if you're not super aware when signing up for offers they will take money from your account. I coplained and they said they would send out a form for me to recoup but it never arrived. It stuns me that compnaies like this are allowed to operate legally. BEWARE

Scammers alert

So I had looked at my bank statements today and found WLY*Completesave.co.Uk
Was taking £15 from my account every month for the last 6 months. When cancelling they said I had signed up through a company called See-Tickets. Which I assured them I didn’t. Plus they have a sister company called WLY*Mytimerewards which also was taking £15 from my account in he last 6 months. That’s £150 in total. This needs to be investigated as someone in the Phillipines or similar is getting rich off peoples hard earned cash. So if purchasing any goods especially tickets for concerts or trains tickets please be very weary of your details being passed on to third party scammers .

SCAM - Avoid at all costs…

They are posing as cashback for a purchase you have just made. You don't realise you are agreeing to anything and then they take money out of your account without you agreeing - beware and avoid. They should be investigated - I had no idea I had signed up to anything after purchasing an extractor fan for my kitchen SCAM

Check your bank statements!!!

I recently went through my bank accounts, some of which I have not used for years - to close the ones I am no longer using. I was shocked to learn a company called WLY*COMPLETESAVE.C has taken £15.00 per month as a "re-occuring payment" - with a total of £315 being taken without my knowledge.

I rung WLY*COMPLETESAVE.C to ask what the payment was for. They advised it was linked to a "Morrisons" order.

Apparently I filled out a separate online form with my address, work email and gave them my debit card details. I can imagine I filled out my details once for the Morrisons food order, but certainly would not have filled out a separate "online enrolment form".

The company have said they will make a full refund. Watch this space. Shame on Morrisons for allowing something so misleading (want to say "SCAM") on their website.

Very Helpful and Honest Company

Having read all the reviews on this company I was worried. My elderly mother had somehow signed up for this service (thinking it was a savings account that she was paying into) and they had been taking £15 from her debit card number for a while. I phoned her bank to stop the monthly D/Deb from her card. The bank knew of this company and gave me a telephone number to call them to ensure everything was cancelled from both ends. They could not have been more helpful. They immediately refunded the last three months payments that had been taken from my mothers account (all the lady answering was authorised to refund) and she then sent us a form to complete asking for the rest of the payments my mother had unknowingly paid to be refunded (as my mother had NEVER used this service she was mistakenly paying for). Form completed and sent back to the company and today 21 x £15 of repayments were repaid into my mothers bank account. I was totally impressed by the honest service I received from this company and can only say to those who think its a scam.....contact them and go through the correct procedure and they will put right any mistaken deductions of money from your bank account.

This Company is a scam

This Company is a scam. Taken money from my account. I don’t even know who they are. They seem to be attaching themselves when I made an online transaction. Informed my card issuer . It’s getting to this stage that anyone can take money out of your account with loopholes. SCAM
