I found out I had been paying £18 to this company since 2022! I couldn’t believe I had let this go unnoticed for so long. HOWEVER, after contacting them expecting to have a fight on my hands, they calmly and politely refunded £562. No hassle at all.
That’s why I gave them 5 stars. It has made me check every purchase I make now, looking for any strings attached. As they say buyer beware.

I always thought trading was for the wealthy and financially educated elite. I also thought that it was complicated and expensive. I now realise I was totally wrong on both counts. At the age of 72 I dipped my toe in to test the water, doing a single trade, and was delighted to begin making a profit from day one. Now I have a portfolio of several companies and a new interest in life. Funding the account and withdrawals are quick and easy. Some ups and downs, but more greens than reds. Overall brilliant. I regret not giving it a go sooner.

Engineer came earlier than expected. He was courteous and explained what he was going to do and how long it would take.

I spoke to Nadia who I found most helpful and patient with me as I tried to explain my query. I came away feeling heard and understood what had been the cause of the problem. Very professional and courteous.

I can't believe that I can get free photos every month and the quality of them is great. Just bought 2 new albums to put them in. So nice to turn pages of special prints rather than scroll through lots on the phone to find the right one. Very pleased indeed.

I bought a table from them and it was no good so I sent it back. They sent the table back to me and I have not been able to get in touch with them by email or phone. I think they may have ceased trading as their website says they are permanently closed. I guess I have to say goodbye to my money.

Ordered on Thursday, delivered next day within the hour specified. Brilliant. 10/10.
