I have had several issues using Uber eats and today is the last day that anyone in my home will ever use it again.
Food turned up covered in the drink that came with it and cold...again.
The liquid had leaked everywhere!!!!
They gave us a 41 pence refund!!!!!!
No food....loss of funds. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Delivery was great and I am enjoying the rainbow dust, coffee flavour.

I have never had a problem with any products or delivery.
Definitely recommend.

Woke up this morning to find this company has taken money from my account.
I have no idea who they are.
I have never signed up to anything or bought anything related to them.

I had decided it was about time that I got some life insurance to cover my funeral so the kids do not have to worry.
Online stuff was easy and when I was called back by them, well, I can't praise the man high enough.
Told me everything I needed to know, very down to earth and professional.
Put me at ease throughout.

Can't remember the exact date I spoke to them.

Ordered and paid for a birds of prey experience through Groupon UK.
Went onto the link I was sent to book a date in, which I did.
Had an email a couple of days before saying it was cancelled due to covid.
Fine.
Rebooked again and then a couple of days before it said cancelled although no reason was given.
This time I contacted the birds of prey company as my voucher was due to expire and I needed to sort it out.
They informed me that they had not worked with Groupon UK for a while!!!!
I had not been informed at all.
Not entirely sure this is legal but anyway I tried to get a refund and although I cannot do the experience through groupon as they actually don't really sell tickets for the company, I cannot get my money back!!!!!
I can however have groupon credits....
Could understand that if I had just changed my mind but that is not the case.
Groupon UK basically sold a product they couldn't deliver and have kept my money.
Scammers.

Only reason they have 1 star is because I had to.
I ordered my daughters present in September. Didn't get it.
Demanded a refund. Didn't get it.
Neither did my child get a present as it took all the money.
Not sure what to do now.
