Tried to book an all inclusive package holiday to the island of Porto Santo. Flights said Bristol to Madeira, so I asked how we would get to Porto Santo? They said Porto Santo was the name of the hotel (eg it was a hotel in Madeira) - when I explained Porto Santo was an island 40 miles off the coast of Madeira, the "penny" dropped. They then said the flights would be from Manchester to Madeira. They said we would have to make own way to the Island of Porto Santo from Madeira. How can this be an all inclusive package holiday? We ended the conversation.

You say you are a broker and that I did not engage with your company. However the “advisor” was on YOUR site. YOUR advisor tried to tell me I was mistaken. If transfers are not included you need to say so. The holiday offer online did not state this. You have not responded to the elements detailed in my comments. Don’t waste my time you are clearly divorced from reality

Just spent £430 on an order (including tax & delivery, mainly made up of candle lids. Really unhappy that one box is well packaged, the other box the lids look like they have been thrown in 🤨. Some don’t even have protective covers on them. Given 2 stars simply because the girls on customer service are completely stunning and helpful on placed orders and information products.

I requested the recipes for 30cl candle with RCX wax for: Luscious Vanilla, Seaweed & Juniper, English Rose, Wild Mint and Roses. CS advised prior to committing to a fragrance, I should have checked the product page to see if a recipe is available. Not good to put your customers down.

Apparently they have "over 140 scents that need testing and they aim to ensure that the product is safe and also provides a good scent throw".

I have always had a good relationship with this company, BUT this response left me with major concerns.

To put this into context, the company that sells these fragranced oils is too busy to provide "safe recipes". This is their business. The variables are as follows:

30cl container (provided by CS)
Wicks (provided by CS)
Fragrance (provided by CS) &
RCX wax (specially formulated by CS)

They pointed me in the direct of their Facebook group who have "experienced candle makers". I have been making candles for years. What I am not experienced in, is the unique CS blends. I feel it is a big ask for others to be better experts than CS in their specially blended products.

Lets face it they have the resources, they are taking the revenues - it just does not add up in favour of their customers!

After pressing for a list of future recipes, I was advised:

"The following 30cl RCX recipes are live projects:
Black Iris & Musk
Black Raspberry & Peppercorn
Blackberry Bay Concentrated
Bluebell
Coffee Mocha
Fireside
Roses
Snow Queen
Whiskey"

CS were not willing to give a timeline.

I gave two points on this review because they tried to answer my question. Sadly I look at CS in a very different light. :-(

The walker/chair/basket was a "life changer" for my Mum. It allows her to exercise and to sit down whenever she feels dizzy/tired. The brakes are simple to use, even though Mum has trouble with her hands.

I recently went through my bank accounts, some of which I have not used for years - to close the ones I am no longer using. I was shocked to learn a company called WLY*COMPLETESAVE.C has taken £15.00 per month as a "re-occuring payment" - with a total of £315 being taken without my knowledge.

I rung WLY*COMPLETESAVE.C to ask what the payment was for. They advised it was linked to a "Morrisons" order.

Apparently I filled out a separate online form with my address, work email and gave them my debit card details. I can imagine I filled out my details once for the Morrisons food order, but certainly would not have filled out a separate "online enrolment form".

The company have said they will make a full refund. Watch this space. Shame on Morrisons for allowing something so misleading (want to say "SCAM") on their website.

Did not approve of the high pressure tactic to get me to book.

Only started making candles recently because of a recent bad experience when my partner bought me an expensive candle, which was a disappointment - I figured.....how hard can it be to make a candle! As it turns out, there is far more to it than you might think. That said Supplies for Candles were a great find - and have secured a loyal customer for life....
