I ordered 2 x 65 and 2 x 50 cm sage green cushions. One of the cushions didn't match the rest, it's a grey/sage.

Covid cancellation
If there is the slightest of chances your event will be cancelled, avoid Earcandy. I paid £700 holding fee for my wedding band. Unfortunately due to the Corona Virus I had to cancel my wedding. Ear candy have refused to pay me a single penny of my deposit despite giving them a bloody good reason for cancellation and 6 months notice before the event.

We understand that you are unhappy because we were unable to refund the first payment for the event that you have booked with us. Our booking policy is clearly stated in our booking terms and conditions and this includes that the first payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
We have offered you to change the date free of charge even if the date in the future is currently unknown, and additionally have offered you to transfer the booking to a family member or friend. For the majority of our customers, we have been able to help support them in this way, however, you have decided not to go with these options.
