My service went down again, and since TalkTalk believes that broadband never breaks on a Sunday, they gave their bots the day off. So I have been trying to find a customer service (joke) phone number that works, but the message on the phone tells me why waste my time on hold when I can 'chat' with someone in their brilliant team, and then they cut me off. I do not like to text on my phone and I am calling a communications company. It is a shame how they do not care about a customer once they have them committed to a contract for 2 years.
I found myself on these pages just now, from previous similar situations. On this site, I found my statement that I would never fly KLM again. But I had no option, and again, due to late departure because of some paperwork excuse shared by the pilot, I missed my connection. They gave me 14 euros, which bought me a meagre sandwich. I must fly to another city and pay my way to my original destination, after waiting 5 hours at the airport here and then waiting 3 hours in Bristol for my bus to Cardiff. All in all, my trip Madrid-Cardiff will take 18 hours of my life, and it will cost me an additional 80 pounds in bus and taxi fares, plus I will break the bank to pay for dinner at this pirates` airport. Update: got a text from KLM in case l want to upgrade. Thanks KLM.
This is my last trip with this airline. They cancelled my flight Cardiff Madrid withot telling, as reviews earlier, No I have missed my connection because they left Madrid so late. I have been trying to get help for my journey for hours at Schipphol, still waiting. never again.
I had two separate trips with KLM this month. Both were cancelled and I had to sort it out by booking at my expense because they let you know hours before departure.
Their products are absolute garbage. I will never buy from them again. Avoid any USB products, you will regret it. Photos are misleading, products seem bigger and better than the actual item.

They had been taking 15 pounds a month from my account for several months. I never signed up for whatever service they offer. I only noticed today and froze my card, next step, I will get a new card with a different number. Scammers.
I am leaving TT after my contract ends. It has been 6 years but good riddance now. My router died from old age and TT charges me for a replacement. I accepted, as I need the router to work from home and have 8 months left on my contract. They have this terrible chat "customer service" where the operators take forever to copy-paste a canned answer to your query. I had no choice but to pay for the new router, but they have lost a returning customer.
Following day: Saga continues. I received my router, but no, they made a mistake. They sent me a booster after the deal on the broken router lasted all of 30 minutes in a frustrating chat.

I went online first to try to change delivery date, the page does not work. Contacted Yodel, telling them I would not be in, they told me they would attempt delivery three times. They tried once, left parcel "in safe place, front porch" l do not have a porch, door opens to street. Parcel stolen. Endless chat with Yodel who asks me to be patient, they are terribly sorry, but they cannot get in touch with the sender, so I have yet another lousy customer service chat to contend with from TalkTalk.
Update. Email from Yodel next day, I knew they would wash their hands of the problem they created:

Although I had requested via the app that my parcel be delivered to my neighbour, it was left on my doorstep that opens directly to the street. Of course, it was stolen. After I reached out to Evri, they told me to contact the sender, for contractual reasons there was nothing they could do.
