AT&T system not working no-one can help me

Tried through Chatline twice and calling them and no-one can help me get my Iphone 7 sim unlocked. The phone has not been used for over 4years as user died. The phone was in my name but the password on the account doesn't work now as a/c cancelled. Phone in good condition but AT&T cannot access the account to get the sim unlocked so the phone can be used again as account was cancelled and doesn't exist now. I have tried several other websites to try and get the phone sim unlocked so I can add another carrier, but none working and AT&T can't help as their systems won't allow access to a closed account. This is ridiculous as I can get into the phone and connect it to the internet so its still usable but at&T won't unblock the sim as they say theres still a balance on the account BUT can't access the account to let me pay it or are not able to say how much it might be now that the account is cancelled/closed. It can't be much as user (mother aged 92yrs) never used the phone and then died, I am just sorting out her effects.

Pretty good service

Pretty good service, although did not send out bags on expedited delivery, they did refund me the charge for this, communication not too bad. Bags are generally good, packaging good, colour not always close to what is received.

Trying to reach Wholefoods online…

Trying to reach Wholefoods online impossible, waited 24 minutes on the chatline, still no response, emailed them no response. I had a issue with one item they sent me, not as advertised and struggling to get a response on how to rectify this.

Terrible customer Service

Terrible customer Service, they don't respond to emails, their return online doesn't work properly, It's fill in a return form online, then return via InPost or In Store and I have a Royal Mail label inside the package but no return form!
I do not want to order again online and the stores nowhere near me.
I just need to speak to someone about my return, no chatline either.
Their lingerie sizes do not cater for a larger woman, the sleeves & jacket length too long on their silk PJ's

3 times the locker code was sent to me…

3 times the locker code was sent to me and I didn't receive it. I had to call In Post -very helpful guy checked my phone number was correct, tried sending the code again, but I never received it. He actually gave me the code verbally so I was able to pick up the package. I guess something broken with the code sending.
