Came to our rescue AGAIN!

Steve came to our rescue AGAIN!

Would never call anyone else, even if you need to wait for his service, because he's very busy, that's how good he is, it's worth the wait.

He is always friendly, efficient, doesn't complain if it takes up most of his day, which it did this time around, but he carried on like the trooper that he is and all these years later, his prices still can't be beat.

He made sure Gar's laptop was up to par and it's been working perfectly.

Make sure you only use Express computers in 2025!!!

Customer care is their number one priority!

So Energy is a truly great company. They really care about their customers and do everything they can to make life easier for you especially at this difficult time everyone is going through.

Tressa & Gisele have gone above and beyond and put our minds at ease by working with us and keeping their word every step of the way.

I would recommend them to anyone over other companies who only care about profit, not people.

Go with SO, you won't be sorry.

Horrible customer 'care' and they lie through their back teeth...

Our car has been in SORN, they knew this but told us we HAD to keep paying the policy or they would charge us way more than we've already paid. This was SUPPOSED to end April of last year, they're still taking from our DD, it's now Aug. To add insult to injury, when we brought this up to them they said we had no proof, lol and said if we wanted to cancel we'd have to pay for a cancellation fee which is basically going back to where we started with them, almost like ground hog day.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE ROBBERS.

EDIT: IT'S THE 21ST, MAY 2024 AND EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE SAID TIME AND TIME AGAIN TO NOT RENEW, THESE LOSERS HAVE AGAIN TAKEN OUR MONEY OUT TODAY AND OF COURSE THEY'VE HIKED THE PRICE!! THE JOKE... NO CAR SINCE NOV. 2022!!!!!

EDIT:
After getting on them / never letting up, they finally took care of the situation, this was a couple of months after my last edit... the rep was very nice, understood our frustration and paid back all they owed us. All of this could have been alleviated had they taken care of this in the first place. Now, I'd give them 5 stars. :)

Once a really good company... sadly, not anymore.

Please, everyone needs to read ALL the comments on what a HORRIBLE company they are.

They NEVER told us they were raising the price from 37 to almost 45 quid. When we told them we were going elsewhere they said that was fine but since we were in a 'contract', we need to pay the remainder of the contract along with tacking on another 70 quid!! They can screw you any which way they want and believe me, they will do it... power trip much.

They're relentless, you need to steer clear for your own sanity and pocketbook. I wouldn't use them if they were the last company on earth and to add insult to injury, when we practically begged them to give us a break since everything is sky high and getting worse, all they said was... "Oh, there is nothing we can do"... LOL, they CAN do something, it's called human decency, they just choose NOT to. Loyal customers that have been with them forever.

I feel it's my duty to warn you to NOT USE THEM because you will get screwed over.

Taylor's is the ONLY choice, they rock!!!

The best company ever!!!

They're super friendly, very helpful, so sweet in emails, produce is always fresh, website is very professional and easy to navigate through.

Will never purchase from a grocery store again.

They accommodate you if there is ever a problem and they rectify the situation without hesitation.

Seriously treat you like family, delivery options are great, they remember the little things you love as their customer. I could go on but I'd be here all day. :)

Steve... what an experience...

Steve is an angel sent from above, truly...

He got to us right away and took care of my Acer desktop, went above and beyond at a VERY reasonable price.

He's friendly, personable, there's nothing phoney about this man, he is a person you can TRUST and you just know in your gut he will get the job done.

Going with Steve is one of the wisest decisions you'll ever make!!!!

Thank you Steve for all you've done. For future desk/laptop needs, you're our go-to guy. :)

They come through for you.

There was a problem with our order, no fault of their own, it was the courier service who left our package which was a complete mess.

Obviously, we were upset, reported to Wilko and they took care of it straight away. Reimbursed us for the entire order.

They really take care of their customers. :)

Love them!!!!!

These guys are the best family run company you'll ever come across. They treat you w/respect, always answer emails quickly, delivery is well before the date stated and their prices are, by far, the best around, you get loads for your money as well. They really do go the 'extra mile'.

Awesome company, awesome people who truly care about their customers.

Trust me, you won't go wrong w/them. Delivery is free for just 20 quid, how can you beat that... you can't!!

Where do I start..

Where do I start... have written 3 emails, not one has been answered, left our number a couple of times for a 'call back', not one call back, called the OFFICE during business hours, take a guess... the machine came on, lol. I especially love the video where he drones on how 'great' they are and how much they 'care' for their customers, yeah, oooookay. This one will blow you all away, got on their 'chat' box, a couple of different times and each time their reps were far from helpful, non-responsive and when they finally 'decided' to 'grace' me with their 'presence', they were so rude, I just lost it. This place is nothing short of a joke, steer clear for the sake of your sanity.

They SUCK!!

A long-standing customer who could be the poster child for these morons with all the business I've given them and all they've done is booted me out because my asinine bank didn't follow simple directions... and now I'm paying for it.

It's too long a story and the above, no doubt, made no sense, but trust me, even after begging them to let me back in my account, I need to get into Kindle since I'm a writer, all they've done is ignore me and treat me like a second class citizen. I've seen other reviews where they've done the same thing, people have lost customers because of their horrible customer service.

It will catch up with them, waiting and watching, the empire will fall because they will continue to lose good customers. Shame, they were so good w/customer care for a very long time. Oh well, their loss.
