Good products - abysmal delivery
I have no complaints at all about the products from WholefoodsOnline from whom I have regularly bought organic products for many years. But they have once more been let down by the poor quality of their delivery service. Not only was the product not delivered on the specified date but on the next day I got a text that said that they couldn't deliver because no one was home and had left my order at a post office. This was completely false - I was at home the whole day including the specified delivery times and no van arrived in our drive. Picking up the delivery meant driving several miles to another village and apologising profusely to a rather distressed post mistress who had no room to store this large box behind her counter. Yes - we have a rather long farm lane and yes I've given directions that parcels can be left in our postbox near the top of that lane - but this one was too big to fit so the courier decided not to deliver it to me at all. Really unacceptable and as I've had issues with WholefoodsOnline couriers previously, I am now considering looking for another supplier for my organic products
