Review of Sweatshop
Customer service is an oxymoron. No phone number, just a rubbish web chat that fails miserably to provide any help whatsover. It appears to me at least the Sweatshop despises it customers and clearly avoids contact with them. I had a problem with a return and the excessive post and packing charge, I could not get a statisfactory outcome.

The sample pack provided on the Telegraph offer provided 5 dark and 5 light beers. All the light beers tasted the same and the dark beers similar. This company is a triumph of spin and marketing. We felt the beer was poor compared with the wonderful range of real ales widely available in the supermarkets. We were very disappointed and cancelled the subscription.

Review of Audible
I am unable to listen to the library of around 300 books which I have paid for over 15 years or so. I do not want to carry a chunky I phone and sometimes would prefer to use a small mp3 device. The Audible MP3 conversion software is junk and the supported selection of MP3 players is pathetic. I have purchased 2 on the list of five and they are simply awful and were returned to Amazon. Big Brother on steroids or what, all in order to try and protect copyright. Audible is preventing paying customers from listening on their device of choice. The irony is that it is inexpensive to to buy software that gets round this. So all Audible achieves in the end is hassle and aggravation for righteous customers. Me thinks Clowns in Ivory towers might be running the show, I’ll bet Geoff would not be impressed with this customer disservice.
Review of Snakehive
I am delighted with iPhone 14 wallet in Vintage Brown. Excellent quality, robust construction providing great protection. The wallet is not MagSafe and I use the tornado port on the phone.
Many case I have tried mess up the phone compass and render the phone useless for navigation etc. This case had little or no effect in the phones compass. Hooray I can use the planet spotting and ordinance survey maps apps with accuracy.
I contacted Snakehive to see if they had a matching wallet sadly not in the vintage brown - shame. The service was excellent they sent me some key fobs.
So we’ll done SnakeHive - I’m in the queue for a matching wallet just do it.

Review of Halfords Retail
I ordered 2 items to be delivered to my home, one of the items then got moved to collect from store. Not my choice - I then wasted an hour trying to get this fixed with somebody who can barely speak english. Nightmare waste of valuable time.
Response to Halfords comments.
I wish to make this feedback and remain anonymous, If you have any doubt about my integrity I will furnish proof to Trust Pilot about the validity of my feedback. My feed back is specifically about this experience but to be clear I have had previous unpleasant experiences with the Halfords website. For example it allowed me to book a battery fitting with a branch that does not do battery fitting. That caused chaos to unravel. It appears to me (at least) that Halfords have systemic problems with the general customer interface.
1) Dealing with people who are clearly in a distant call centre with an unclear line and do not speak clearly is difficult and frustrating.
2) A website that is not clear and makes booking errors.
3) I like most customer detest having thier time wasted.
I like your prices but I don't like your service

Review of Vitamix UK
This Iconic brand has for decades been the go to brand for professional quality blending. I have owned and enjoyed a Vitamix for over 10 years. I have two and will now replace both of them with professional blenders from Kitchen Aid. These new blenders from Kitchen Aid are more powerful and come with a 10 year warranty compared to Vitamix which is 7 years (assuming the UK distributor honours the warranty that is).
I needed a replacement flour jug and was shocked to find it is only available from the UK importer at an extortionate price and excessive postage price.
Also many of the Vitamix accessories are not available in the UK.
Well after little research its wonderful to learn that Kitchen Aid and Magimix both quality brands offer high powered professional blenders which are properly supported and have generous warranties and a good range of jugs and accessories.
It is disappointing to see Vitamix being trashed and that half of the feedback here is only one star; I feel vindicated in adding my voice of disappointment.
The attitude of Devaney & Co Ltd the UK importer was take it or leave it. So I'll now be doing the latter.

70% Increase Premiums - Untrustworthy Avoid
We started with our puppy a pedigree retriever - top lifetime policy. Yr1 £43 Yr2 45 - Yr 3 over £70 (No Claims made ever, same policy cover)
I contacted them they offered no excuse no explanation and frankly it was take it or leave it. This is not the lifetime deal we signed up to and feel cheated. Our dog is a healthy breed and does not have any particular health issues.
IMO this company is all smoke and mirrors led by heavy marketing don't be taken in.
Following the response from Many Pets
For the record I went through all the necessary details, it was a total waste of time. Like I said the attitude was take it or leave it. Nothing in my pets circumstances had changed just one year older. The fact I could get a similar policy for half the price is IMO proof of excessive profiteering or underwriting bingo.

Fish and Chips but not as we know it Rick.
Nearly £50 for Fish and Chips for 3 with beverage on Padstow Quay was hugely disappointing. The 3rd portion was mostly refused by our dog a very hungry Retriever. When they said lemon was provided we expected something citrus but we found out the meal itself was a lemon.
The whole experience was Gross; it was a comfort that 20% went to the Government this did unusually soften the blow.
The promised fifteen minute wait was well over thirty minutes. The fish could not have been smaller portions and was soggy, the chips like cold French fries and the mushy peas could have been mistaken for a health drink. If you decide to take the risk with this Tourist Trap remember to take some Lansoprazole with you I unfortunately did not have some with me so the horrible experience lasted all afternoon.
Rick - we all know how wealthy you are and that you like a joke, but this is not funny.
Following the reply below from Rick Stein
I had a telephone conversation and was offered the possibility of a refund, receipt required, personal details etc etc. The lady I spoke had an arrogant tone and placed an unreasonable burden of proof requiring validation from the staff - really !! She failed to understand that the potential of a refund is no compensation for a ruined day out whilst on holiday. Her response just amplifies this is one place to avoid. My sense of public duty to warn others of this tourist trap trumps a refund. I am not in need of 50 quid thank you.

Review of Amos Lighting + Home
We purchased Laura Ashley crystal bedside lamps and a large Laura Ashley Chandelier. The service from David was absolutely sterling and we saved over 20% compared to John Lewis. The orders placed over the phone were delivered next day directly from the distributor. Very happy - great shopping experience.

Review of Wholefoodsonline
This company started out well, good service, good value. They have now become more expensive than Waitrose for most items and the customer service is not atrocious it's almost non existent. The company is run on email no humans anywhere. I complained, I wanted to speak to a human. Not possible. 2 weeks to sort out a damaged delivery I personally do not need this hassle.

I have telephoned the store 20 times this last few days, no body picks up the phones and despite leaving messages nobody comes back. You might as well be dealing with a black hole - don't get sucked in ! One star is a graceful response, it is undeserved.
update following response below, I have tried to call again10 times yesterday and 5 times today each time waiting for 10 minutes - with a pre sales enquiry. I would expect to be sectioned if heaven forbid I actually purchased a £2000 guitar from them, it would be madness!

Review of The Co-op
A total shambles, refused to take my Hermes parcel saying the allocated space was full. No attempt to help after my 20 minute journey. Clueless and Brainless the excuse of Health and Safety was wafer thin considering the store was (as usual) cluttered with half full trolleys. The service in this store is offensive. Avoid
