The description failed to mention that the chair had a broken metal spoke , the base was uneven and despite it mentioning the chair had been cleaned it was filthy! Ontop of that there was no after sales care and despite numerous attempts to contact the seller have heard nothing. Vinterior offered me to return it but having spent nearly £320 wasn’t willing to waste anymore money. Seller has put all communication on holiday mode and is even ignoring Vinterior…. Vinterior doing very little to sort out a bad seller! Avoid Faye Messenger and unstyled house at all costs!!!!!!

Informed from start to finish even when the haulers became involved. Their delivery charges were reasonable too. The table I bought was extremely well packaged & the delivery men great. Excellent service from start to finish. Table in wonderful condition.
On the whole my experience was very positive, being able to exchange emails direct with vendor to ask questions and arrange a convenient delivery date. This felt like a safe and secure way of purchasing online. However, there are additional costs incurred due to purchasing through a third party, which makes it more expensive than dealing direct with vendor.
I ordered a garden bench from Vinterior ,which was delivered within three days!
I would highly recommend the service from both Vinterior and the carriers who kindly placed the bench in the garden and were very helpful. Thank you all round! Judith.
Very happy with the process or ordering and delivery. Having delivery sorted was a great help for me. The whole experience was quick and easy. The site has a vast selection of items and the search options make it easy to narrow down what you are looking for.
Avoid - returns policy is false advertising, while platform suggests "free returns in 14 days" - we have ended up paying £120 to return an item that when it arrives was far lower quality than we were expecting (flimy, wobbly legged bedside tables sold for >£500).
Given you can't see the products in person before buying (online marketplace) would not use again given this seller friendly returns policy - buyer ends up with the hassle of arranging return / extensive returns process and out of pocket after a disappointing product experience

I have sold an item of furniture. At first the process seems to be a dream. The courier was arranged and my item was picked up on 2nd October. However I cannot find any feedback regarding whether the item has been delivered safely and I have not been paid.
I used Vinterior as it seemed professional.
Disappointed and I feel I have just given away a lively piece of furniture.

I purchased a sofa from vinterior,
The delivery guys, dragged the sofa, which was fabric along the van floor, on inspection in the clients house, I noticed a small tear on the bottom edge of the sofa, when I contacted the courier company, vinterior use, I didn't even get a reply back, this was a very expensive sofa, so more than disappointed

If I could give 0 stars I would: I love the concept of Vinterior and have a Georgian house filled with antiques, but the courier and customer experience is so poor that it is better to buy directly. I can't stress enough how terrible the experience was.
When I returned via Vinterior the courier (Proovia) mistakenly billed me rather than Vinterior. Throughout this period I have been relentlessly harassed by Proovia, who have threatened "fraudulent activity" and said they would cancel the delivery.
During this time period:
-I phoned Proovia's business team at midday on Saturday to flag that I kept getting chased but Vinterior. They said it was handled by the business team who were not available on weekends
- I received 11 emails from Proovia over two days. Every single email I received I have forwarded to the support team. Only one of these emails has been responded to.
- I received 12 texts from Proovia chasing me for payment
-When Vinterior got back to me after the weekend they said they had resolved and offered £50 off a future purchase. They did not even take off the cost of delivery. I would expect more from a customer experience leader: clearly I will never Vinterior again due to Proovia so I thought this was terrible customer service. I was still harassed in the following days from Proovia, but I just ignored them
-Weeks later I was then invoiced by Proovia.
My main feedback is that throughout this time no one truly resolved anything or took my complaints seriously. No one was able to resolve the situation and fix the misalignment between Vinterior and Proovia. It feels like it is essentially a marketplace and Vinterior takes no accountability. The chasing from Proovia was RELENTLESS and ruined weeks of my life. For this reason I would never use Vinterior again. Sandrine, I'd like to speak directly on this as no one seems able to fix a very basic problem.
I don't write trust pilots, but I feel compelled to warn others. Please save yourself stress and just buy from a reputable antiques dealer directly.

Bought a second hand couch.
Was exactly has advertised -- having videos as well as images was super helpful.
Delivery was organized quickly, they came on time and delivered couches to the room (not just door). Prob ~7-10 days between purchase and arrival of couch.
There are a number of faults with this clock; most importantly the striking mechanism is faulty, including the spring. I don’t believe it has been serviced.

Sold a Marble Coffee table for £550. The purchasers emailed me to say she could collect it herself from London, but the email was intercepted by Vinterior stated that this was against their T & C's and that she would have to pay £60 for their approved couriers, Prouvia, to collect and deliver. I questioned how well they would transport the item - and was told very carefully and would be wrapped in blankets. The table arrived broken in two. Prouvia only pay for repairs. After over month of negotiations Prouvia paid for repairs, but understandably the purchaser didn't want to pay full price for damaged items so agreed to £250 for the coffee table. So - I was out of pocket for £300. No mention of any recompense from either Prouvia or Vinterior.

I sold an item on 13 September 2025 and the money due to me for the sale is £475.00. It is now a month on and I have not received the payment. I wonder if the company is going to the wall.
They now say I did not have an account set up but I did set up my bank account when I joined so if it wasn't correct why did they not contact me rather than just keeping my money? Supposedly I am getting my money today...but guess what NOTHING and it's 5pm. Sorry but I can't change my view about them. DODGY COMPANY.
