Bought a second hand couch.
Was exactly has advertised -- having videos as well as images was super helpful.
Delivery was organized quickly, they came on time and delivered couches to the room (not just door). Prob ~7-10 days between purchase and arrival of couch.

Came within 10 minutes of their delivery time. Very communicative during shipping time.
Everything delivered in good condition and efficiently. Would use them again.
Review of BJS Home Delivery
Absolutely terrible experience. I paid to have my old bed disassembled (Happy Beds). Delivery was 2 weeks after purchase.
I spent the 48 hours prior to delivery trying to confirm disassembly.
The men delivering the bed said that they don't disassemble and they were contractors and I should "Talk to the company (Happy Beds) that I ordered it from", but provided nothing else.
Shoudln't you be able to contact the company that hired you to delivery the item?
In response to their reply: I clearly showed where it said on the work order that disassembly service was ordered. Again, I didn't ask them for any direct transaction with me, but the to call their partner to confirm, which they refuse to do.
The icing on the cake is on top of all of the above, they were over 45 minutes late from their 3-hour window they provided.

Unfortunately, the service was not part of the order and since this is a chargeable service, we would suggest customer to get in touch with the retailer as we do not do direct transaction with the customer.

Review of Expresso Airport Parking
As far as off-airport parking goes, could not have asked for better.
Arrived at 6:30am on a Friday and there was a shuttle there within 10 minutes.
Returned to the airport at 3:30pm on a Sunday and there was a shuttle already waiting.
Parked outside, but their inside parking looked nice as well.
