Ordered item, collected from local Sainsbury’s. Received quickly, item perfect, very good value for money, warm and attractive, perfect fit.
Do not buy online from TU or Argos.
If you return items to them via post expect not to recieve your refund for all the items you buy and return because they accept the items back but do not refund you for the entire order.
You then have to spend endless hours on the phone confirming you’ve sent your tracking details previously and returned the items back. You are then advised you’ll get a call from management to process your refund having given all the tracking details tenfold.
It’s unclear why they cannot trace the items given they’ve already accepted them back.
Terrible customer service and process.
Easy online order and arrived promptly. However, sizes 12/14 and 16/18 are not that different. Latter just longer in length.
Terrible experience. Placed an order with TU on Sunday when the 20% of clothing offer was on, I had an email of order confirmation and then by Monday my order was cancelled and refunded. I went onto the website and the item was still in stock so I contacted a customer service who advised there was a logistic error in the delivery process and advise me to re-order at full price and they would refund the difference. So I did this last night. Woke an email this morning again to say that they have cancelled my order again! Despite the item being in stock! Absolutely pathetic company empathetic customer service now I’m waiting over 50 points of refunds and no items. NEVER shopping with TU again.
Easy to order, email confirmation of arrival, I’d gone on holiday but they kept it for long enough that I could collect on my return, definitely will be ordering again very soon
I bought many many time lots of clothes from Tu ,but this time i bought something for my little daughter and straight away after I washed everything its The elastic bands burst and the seam is coming apart , so unfortunately but I'm very disappointed

Collecting from Sainsbury’s took some time as the did not seem to have enough staff to meet demand. The counter assistants were helpful and friendly.

Ordered several items in the sale. After accepting payment and taking from my account, I was sent an email saying it the item wouldn’t be delivered and to expect a refund within a week!
I ordered my daughter a top and leggings set, the top was delivered, the leggings wasn’t.
I now have to take my own time to return the item to hopefully receive a refund for the whole set, even though I only have half of it.
So, basically a useless sale, I’m the one most inconvenienced through no fault of my own, I have no items and have to wait for a refund.

Disgusting Service - 0 stars would be more appropriate.
Ordere an item for collection, was given a collection date - this passed, I contacted to see what the issue is, and was told the item was out of stock when I ordered. I have to wait 10 days! It’s for a gift, so pointless then and was told I can’t cancel, so they provide the incorrect information and I have to wait 10 days!

I’ve just received a parcel and am a regular shopper with Tu in store and online, but today my experience has been below par, and I am very annoyed how my item has been sent out and delivered
The item is a lovely fluffy black cardigan, it was thrown in the shipping bag, all screwed up, no outer wrapping of any kind to protect it, but the worst thing, it came on a hanger, and because the way it was thrown in and screwed up, the coat hanger hook has gone through the cardigan five times!! That’s five holes in my cardigan! Which wouldn’t have been possible if they took the hanger off! The person who packed this has no common sense, no pride in their job, I’m absolutely furious, and quite frankly, you need to retrain your packers, bc I cannot believe how I have received this, I’m quite shocked! The person who packed this has no care, and definitely no respect for their job, your customers or their colleagues, (because a colleague is going to have to deal with the return) and as someone with disabilities, I have to mess around and return this and spend bus fares to send it back to where I picked it up, which was not near my home, as their were limited options, also, I needed this for this coming weekend to take away, My time has totally been wasted! And I’ve already spent two lots of bus fares to pick this up and go home today!
I’m really unhappy, your staff that packed this has really annoyed me

Ps why in the name of Sainsbury’s, has your packer sent a woollen item on a hanger and no cellophane wrap to protect it? If it was in a wrap, the coathanger wouldn’t have gone through the cardigan and made the holes, and not even getting on to the fact that they just screwed it up and flung into a bag? Unacceptable customer service and care, and down right shoddy behaviour

It was click and collect at Guildford Sainsburys- extremely slow there. Products are stored at back of shop on top floor
