Hi Jenny,We're truly sorry to hear that your parcel was left dumped in the garden in full view of the street, rather than in a safe place as expected. It’s especially frustrating to know you were home at the time, with the back door wide open, yet the driver clearly didn’t even enter the garden — let alone knock or ring the doorbell. Despite giving clear instructions as well as you promising to ensure your drivers follow them, they don’t even bother knocking—they just dump them where they fancy. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please know that we are committed to improving our service to ensure timely deliveries in the future.
