I’ve just received a parcel and am a regular shopper with Tu in store and online, but today my experience has been below par, and I am very annoyed how my item has been sent out and delivered
The item is a lovely fluffy black cardigan, it was thrown in the shipping bag, all screwed up, no outer wrapping of any kind to protect it, but the worst thing, it came on a hanger, and because the way it was thrown in and screwed up, the coat hanger hook has gone through the cardigan five times!! That’s five holes in my cardigan! Which wouldn’t have been possible if they took the hanger off! The person who packed this has no common sense, no pride in their job, I’m absolutely furious, and quite frankly, you need to retrain your packers, bc I cannot believe how I have received this, I’m quite shocked! The person who packed this has no care, and definitely no respect for their job, your customers or their colleagues, (because a colleague is going to have to deal with the return) and as someone with disabilities, I have to mess around and return this and spend bus fares to send it back to where I picked it up, which was not near my home, as their were limited options, also, I needed this for this coming weekend to take away, My time has totally been wasted! And I’ve already spent two lots of bus fares to pick this up and go home today!

This has definitely made me rethink about ordering on line again at Tu, or Sainsbury’s in general
Ps why in the name of Sainsbury’s, has your packer sent a woollen item on a hanger and no cellophane wrap to protect it? If it was in a wrap, the coathanger wouldn’t have gone through the cardigan and made the holes, and not even getting on to the fact that they just screwed it up and flung into a bag? Unacceptable customer service and care, and down right shoddy behaviour
