Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Placed an order with TU on Sunday when the 20% of clothing offer was on, I had an email of order confirmation and then by Monday my order was cancelled and refunded. I went onto the website and the item was still in stock so I contacted a customer service who advised there was a logistic error in the delivery process and advise me to re-order at full price and they would refund the difference. So I did this last night. Woke an email this morning again to say that they have cancelled my order again! Despite the item being in stock! Absolutely pathetic company empathetic customer service now I’m waiting over 50 points of refunds and no items. NEVER shopping with TU again.
