As other reviewer stated - unable to give less than 1 star!
'Winter coat' received in bag approx 12ins x 8ins! You can imagine what it looked like - also too small. Creased beyond belief. Returns are a joke. You accept 100% store credit to purchase something which again could be unacceptable as their quality and sizing is dubious to say the least. To return the item to China (Netherlands address on admin) they quote £25 plus customs and a lengthy time delay. You have been warned.
