Do not buy online from TU or Argos

Do not buy online from TU or Argos.

If you return items to them via post expect not to recieve your refund for all the items you buy and return because they accept the items back but do not refund you for the entire order.

You then have to spend endless hours on the phone confirming you’ve sent your tracking details previously and returned the items back. You are then advised you’ll get a call from management to process your refund having given all the tracking details tenfold.

It’s unclear why they cannot trace the items given they’ve already accepted them back.

Terrible customer service and process.

Awful again - post contact By way of update

By way of update - flannels replied stating they would looking into it. But subsequently proceeded to do nothing but send x 3 copy and pasted email, clearly the people writing the emails are either not people or are incapable as they have proceeded not to answer any of my questions and thereafter have closed my ticket.

Useless awful customer service, they do not read the emails you send them nor do they respond properly.

Poor service. Incorrectly sent back a return despite…

Incorrectly sent back a return despite me notifying via email and submitting photos upon receipt. Failed to respond to repeated requests for notifications and simply sent the item back to me having sent repeated copy and paste emails despite me requesting a full explanation on numerous occasions. No customer service. No loyalty as I’ve spent thousands month by month at flannels in store and online.

Disgusting customer service who pay no attention to emails or requests from customers. They stated my items were outside returns time they were not.

Reporting them to Christian Louboutin direct as they are failing to correspond with me.

Do not use

Do not use. We have all as an entire street been without internet and broadband for over a week!!

Open reach have been doing nothing for days as no vans have been here or works being carried out.

Cannot speak to anyone they have automated messages on.

Second negative review months awaiting refund. This is the second review I am having…

This is the second review I am having to leave.

I have sent in excess of 15 emails and tried calling numerous times to discuss my returns and awaiting numerous refunds.

You use John Lewis for the expected brand customer service, none of which have been upheld.

Various agents have contacted and promised return calls to no avail.
