Fantastic Customer Service!
The hoodie I ordered in size Large turned out to be too big, so I asked to return it and exchange it for a size Medium. Spreadshirt sent me a size Medium (which is prefect, thank you!). But said there was no need to return the original one, because they wanted to simplify exchange procedures and contribute to preserving the environment. They hoped I could still use the hoodie in some way or donate it. I have donated it to a charity shop. Now that's what I call top Customer Service!

Never order anything with them! my order has been shipped late and when I got it it was too late, even if I asked them NOT to proceed with the order due to the delay. I then asked for a refund and they offered me a voucher or 20% of the refund for an order of over 1500 euro!! unbelievable.
The staff was very unresponsive and not helpful at all. Stay away this company, especially for big order. it was a very negative experience. A huge waste of my time

Great shirts (but mistaken pick-up information)!
T-shirts are great as usual, especially the flock print. I deduct one point for erroneous information provided on the UPS Access Point which wasn't open on the hours that Spreadshirt had sent me by email, so I had to go twice. The guy in the shop (Studio 35 in Brussels) clearly didn't care about this and told me it was my mistake for not checking the UPS website, so that was an unpleasant little experience and I won't use that place again.

I’m not satisfied with my second order
I’m not satisfied with my second order. The prints are very low quality, not worth the money this time. The warm pink is messed up with still a lot of black from color of the shirt and hoodie.

Nice custom-designed t-shirts
The quality seems to be fine, the design of the T-shirt is nice and also the card attached to it is nice too. The packaging is good as well the delivery time.
