Quality of products is good, but I ordered things from e-shop twice and twice I received order late (after I paid not a small amount for express delivery).

I ordered two t-shirts with the wrong size and when I decided to return them to order bigger sizes the team told me that I can donate the small ones and they will provide me with a voucher to buy new ones with the right size. Thank you for the great experience!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I paid for an extra pocket, but there was no pocket on it. I also ordered an XL but the size I got was much bigger than a usual XL. It looks like a dress on my husband!
The so called 'customer support' asked me to send pictures, which I did, up to 3 times. In the end they told me I could order a new shirt with a discount. I do not want another shirt, I want a refund.
The customer support is very slow in response (it took them a week to answer my first email), and never answers my questions directly.
