On the website it clearly stated that the delivery time was 2–4 weeks. After 5 weeks I still hadn’t heard anything, so I contacted customer service (after waiting as number 22 in the queue). I was told that the delivery time had been extended by another 3 weeks, something they never communicated. After another 3 weeks, still nothing. I reached out again, only to hear that the delivery time had been pushed back by yet another 2 weeks. Now I’m just waiting to see if it will actually be delivered. No updates about the delays, very poor communication, and whenever you try to contact them, you’re stuck in an endless queue.

I received my delivery after 8 months — completely unacceptable. The delivery dates were changed multiple times over several weeks, and customer service was unreliable, poorly managed, and displayed unprofessional behavior. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a company like I had with Huus. I regret ordering from them and still can’t believe I made such a mistake. I would 100% not recommend ordering from them. In my view, their service is worse than scammers.

We ordered a table from Huus end of May, then they said 2 weeks for delivery. Every two weeks they just say another two weeks. Every time the delivery date just gets extended, End of July I asked if we can cancel the purchase, they agreed and said it will take 14 days for them to pay back the amount, yet still nothing. One can send emails etc, no feedback.

I had a not so good experience with Huus. I ordered a coffee table and a dining table. Then delivery day came, I received two boxes which I thought those are the coffee table and dining table that I ordered. I didn’t check my order because I thought I received it both. I just found out the other day that the 2 boxes that I received was the box for the dining table and the legs under the table. So, I didn’t receive my coffee table. The delivery man from Huus charged me everything for what I need to pay for both items but he didn’t say that the coffee table is still not there. I opened the box after a week because we are busy with making the floors and painting the house so we just put it in the garage. I was surprised that I didn’t receive my order completely and more surprised that no one from Huus told me that I received an incomplete order. I called Huus yesterday and reported it and the lady I spoked with on the phone said that my coffee table was not delivered, so it is known to them that it wasn’t delivered yet! She told me that she will ask her colleague and will send me an email until 17.00 hr yesterday but didn’t get an email. I called them again today, ask for the update and the same lady I spoked with told me that my order is still not in the warehouse and it will take 1-3 weeks before it arrived. It feels like they have forgotten to order it that’s why it will take some time again. I placed an order on May 17, 2025 and still they forget one order and they need to place it again after 5 weeks. So I am not satisfied about the service of Huus. Unfortunately, I would never order here again and will never recommend it to anyone.

I would like to give 0 stars. BIGGEST SCAM COMPANY! First they started to change delivery to 3 months later than confirmed, then when cancelling they do not refund!!!! Every day I received it was refunded and then next day they say they have problems with refund. They tell to contact finance department and there you don’t get a reply!! SCAM company!!!

Final update: We got the refund right at 14 days.
3rd Update: After stating we would report to consuwijzer, they agreed to refund us. Huus states iwill take 14 days to arrive, so I will do a final update then.
2nd Update: The only contact has been a reply asking me to send my email to a different email. No solutions or updates given. My husband and I will give this one more week to get either our items or our money back and if not,
we will report this transaction as a formal complaint on consuwijzer.
Update from below, we called again Monday and were once again told we would be called back or emailed.
It is now Wednesday and we still haven't heard anything so I sent the following email to their customer service:
My husband and I have been calling for the past 3 weeks about missing 4 shelves (227050) from the order below.
Every time we call, the representative says they have to check with a colleague and that they will email or call us back. They never do. We have called 5 or 6 times and still there has been no response or solution.
Since we are still missing our shelves and not receiving the promised follow-up, we are now wanting a refund for the 4 missing shelves. Please reply with when we can expect the refund.
Original post: We ordered some wall shelves and after about 5 weeks we received part of our order. The ones we received are beautiful and good quality. However, our order was short 4 shelves and for the past 3 weeks we've been emailing and calling Huus for updates. They are always polite but always say they have to check with someone else and they they will call or email back. They never do. We never hear anything back and then have to call again. We just want our shelves to finish the work and they can't seem to solve it or ever call back. I even told the representative today when she said she'd call back that I keep hearing it and they never. She said she would by 5 pm. Still no call.

I ordered in April some dining chairs, when they had a promo saying that if you buy 3 you get 4 at the price of 3. I tried to order 4 and it was showing me the same price as you would order 4, so I thought okay let me add 3 instead of 4. Now they are saying that you had to add the 4 one as well, so ok with that, fine. Worst thing is that delivery took very long since one time their delivery driver didn't show up for work. Now when I tried to contact them and fill in a return nobody is replying since 1 week, and my return is out of the 14 days allowed. So very bad experience on my side.

The wardrobe is beautiful and strong, I love it - I feel like it was a great purchase. Sturdy, fits lots of books and also nice decorations for the living room. It deserves 5 stars, but I took one off for the service and delivery.
I didn’t like the delivery service for several reasons. It took too long, and they only sent one person to deliver a package weighing 200kg. If my husband wasn’t at home, they would have had to leave it outside because there are 3 stairs to get into my home. I missed the first delivery because the delivery window was 8:30-16:30 and I couldn’t stay at home all day, but still had to pay €35 for a new delivery day.
I also feel like, for furniture as heavy as this, they should offer a service to put the furniture where it needs to go, even if it’s paid. Many people have no other options. I personally had to find people to do the work for me for a payment.

Terrible service. The boxes arrived broken. I feel like they were delivered out of anger. I should be the one who's upset. After waiting almost four months, the chairs arrived incomplete; they're missing screws and the upholstery is deformed. I so regret having bought the table, chairs, hall table, and dining room lamp. If anyone reads carefully, I advise them not to mention the mistake I made with these people. Bad, mediocre, disrespectful service. I'll try to return the chairs and hope it doesn't take them another four months to give me a solution. Don't buy from this place.

My experience with this company is very bad, disappointing. They're disreputable. I've been waiting for an order of chairs for four months. No one offers me a solution. They answer emails whenever they feel like it, and their response is that they're sorry and offer no solutions. Don't buy any furniture. Why would the same thing happen to them? And if you have complaints about the service, they won't give you good service. I want my money back, and I have to go to another department, and it's even worse. I've been waiting three weeks for them to reply, and in fact, they don't read them. Disreputable, shameless. If they sell a product, they should have it in stock and stop selling products they don't have. They're a mediocre company. If I could go back, I would never have bought from this crappy company with deplorable service. I'm still waiting for my chairs.
