Suddenly they blocked my account for "Terms of Use and General Terms of Sale". (Whatever that means, I still don't know) I emailed them back and forth asking why and what the reason was, they never gave me a real answer just that I violated the rules.
So now i cannot make an account anymore.

Purchased an item that I was going to…
Purchased an item that I was going to buy on Amazon Germany but due faster shipping I chose belgium. Next day I see that the item on Germany is much cheaper went from 229 to 194. I contacted support to see if they could price match me. They denied my request they didn't even give me a partial refund or a giftcard. Their solution was to deny delivery at the door get a refund and reorder it. Thanks for being so helpful on primeday

Amazon is not a reliable company and they don't work with reliable sellers .... When you order, they make you believe you can sent the merchandise back for free and get a refund, but this just isn't correct. Two months ago I sent a couple of shoes back (on my own expense, couldn't do it otherwise). I had a confirmation that the shoes had arrived. Till now, no refund, despite my mails. Idem for a product I received from another shop in France ... it was not the one I ordered, they didn't even want to take it back. Never again, buying at Amazon is just like playing the lotery and hoping you are lucky. I know how B*zos finances his marriage in Venice. It's not by doing honest bussiness !

So now the delivery-guy no longer rings the DOORBELL but instead calls you on your phone to tell you he's at your door? I have a strict spamfilter on my phone so calls from numbers that are not in my contacts are automatically blocked. If Amazon had given any info about this way of delivery, I could've turned that option of. Now I don't even know what will happen to my order...
Just so stupid Amazon
I cannot find words to describe the stupidity of Amazon deliveries looking at the tracking of my last two orders the items are in Belgium then one goes to France the other to Germany when the delivery is in Belgium. This is just stupid taking into account the length of time these orders have taken I have to wonder why ever bother using Amazon with the stupidly.

I am beyond disappointed with Amazon’s service — this has been an absolute nightmare. My friend and I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max last week for my boyfriend’s birthday, and the experience has been nothing short of terrible.
First of all, there’s no proper estimation for delivery time. You’re just expected to wait around all day with no idea when the item will arrive — incredibly inconvenient and frustrating.
But that’s not even the worst part. The first time we ordered, we waited at home all day and no one ever showed up. No one rang the bell, no one knocked. Then Amazon had the audacity to claim they had delivered the package by putting a 20x20 cm box into a letter mailbox meant only for paper. It’s physically impossible for any box of that size to fit in there! This was a complete lie.
After that, they refunded us, and we decided to give them another chance by placing a new order with express delivery for today. Guess what? We waited at home all day again — and nothing. Now they’re claiming they delivered it to the residence. Which residence? Certainly not ours! My neighbor was also waiting for a delivery today, and nothing arrived for him either.
This is completely unacceptable. I am not just disappointed — I am furious. How can Amazon claim to deliver an iPhone without requiring a signature or ID check? This is a high-value item — their handling of this situation is incredibly irresponsible.
I WANT MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY. Fix this NOW!
Perfect service
I have reviewed Amazon.de in the past and saw their service declining. Since Amazon has a Belgian website, I decided to try them out.
My experiences are very positive: last year some packages came through Colis Prive, but now they seem to use their own delivery services. Since then, deliveries have been 100% reliable, within the delivery time given at the time of the order, or even earlier. The packages are delivered in the evening so we are almost always at home.
I think the experience with Amazon.com.be largely depends on the reliability of the logistics partner, which can vary depending on the company and the location... it's probably better in the big cities than in the countryside. In any case, I have ordered a lot over the last year and it is the only company that has always delivered on time.
Two problems (one question about an invoice and one broken article) have been solved within the minute through customer service chat.

Item never delivered and no refund
Ordered an ssd that was on sale, but was never delivered even though it was marked as delivered. Customer service first wrongly accused me of doing this regularly, then told me to go to the police to file a report first. I went to the police twice, only to be sent back with just a notice which Amazon doesn't accept. They then suggested filing a report online, but even that is not enough for them.
The courier service is clearly lying, but all Amazon can do is gaslight me and refuse a refund. The sdd is now more expensive as well.
Ruined Saint-Nicolas presents for my kids
Order placed on 26 Nov for an item where delivery before Saint-Nicolas was advertised in bold green letters. They made an attempt to deliver on 30 Nov, they fail and they loose track of the package. Several employees from customer services and logistics are unable to track and reschedule delivery of the package for 4 days. The employees only give typical answers without any knowledge of what's happening in the company. Honestly, if the delivery date is important to you, shop elsewhere.

Charged for products never delivered and bounced forever by CS
I ordered 2 products one month ago, they were never delivered, but amazon tracking stated 'left in a safe place', we reported this to the customer care, they asked us to keep looking around in the neighborhood ( ?? ) and wait 72h, after that they wrote to contact them after 1st of November, then numerous messages sent from my side both by email (through the amazon message center ) and chat , and I never got an answer, to date. The only thing that customer care write me is to wait , that there is a phantomatic OFM department investigating. They cannot even blame other couriers because this was an Amazon delivery.
The 'funny' thing is that in the same delivery, were other products ordered by my wife with another amazon.com.be account, and she received immediately a refund... and furthermore in the same order there were products from Amazon.de on my very same account... and we were refunded for those... So it's unexplicable why they chose not to refund only these 2 products in the same delivery that they already recognised as not executed ...

After one month of extenuating chats, one agent managed to reimburse me... one month...

Got locked out of my account because i tried to sign in from a new laptop and location, impossible to contact customer support unless you are logged in. Make it make sense. No phone, no mail, no live chat, only an unreachable support.

every time I have an issue (can happen off course) I have the certain about the fact that was really bad that amazon forced me to migrate from amazon.de (and amazon.fr too) to this new amazon.com.be. Is a mess! I ordered a "prime" item (not marketplace) should be arrives the day after, today I discover that the order will not arrive and was not even dispatched yet! I tried to cancel it (in order to reorder it again) but emails (and even the supports agents confirmed...) advise me that I can't cancel but I have to wait, up to 3 days, to know if I will receive it or cancel it! Niet te doen
