We went in to SOFOLOGY in Nottingham to order a sofa bed and check the colours. We’re glad we went in in-person as we changed the colour. The colour online looked quite different. Danni sorted everything out for us efficiently and she was fantastic with informing us on all options! Can’t wait for it to arrive! The service is always excellent and the choices at SOFOLOGY are amazing! We’ve ordered 4 sofas there now and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Friendly staff. I dealt with Phil. He explained the whole process. No pressure applied to buy any extras. Also explained how to care for the sofa and what to expect from a new sofa. Would recommend.

Chris made our experience great. From beginning to end he was absolutely brilliant. He was warm and welcoming, made us feel really comfortable, answered all our questions and took his time with us. We didn’t feel rushed into any decisions and he also offered really good advice when we were unsure again without pressuring us into things.

Chris is an absolute asset to sofology and we will absolutely be recommending sofology to friends and family and recommending Chris because his customer service was perfect! If I could give him 11/10 I would!

We are in the process of buying a house and wanting to look at getting a sofa once in there we were greeted by one of the workers called Jay.
He listened to what kind of thing we were looking for and asked what our budget was. He asked to see a photo of the space we are working with and gave us excellent advice on what shape of sofa would fit perfectly based on what we had told him. He took us around the store to get a feel for the different types of sofas we were looking for and went through every detail you could ever need to know. In the end we found our perfect sofa all thanks to Jay who helped us from start to finish. Absolutely outstanding customer service!

Daniel was excellent, very professional young man delightful demeanour, he was very attentive and knowledgeable what else can I say he sold it, what an asset to Sophology.
There were other sales persons around who were on their mobiles giggling at something amusing, not very professional and not taking note of people walking in to the shop
