Fantastic service

Fantastic service! Delivery from Dave and Shaun were very friendly and helped heave the king size mattress up two floors for us! And they removed and got rid of the plastic as well! Couldn’t recommend them enough. Five stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent as always

We went in to SOFOLOGY in Nottingham to order a sofa bed and check the colours. We’re glad we went in in-person as we changed the colour. The colour online looked quite different. Danni sorted everything out for us efficiently and she was fantastic with informing us on all options! Can’t wait for it to arrive! The service is always excellent and the choices at SOFOLOGY are amazing! We’ve ordered 4 sofas there now and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Fantastic customer service and value

Fantastic customer service especially from Jez who really helped advise us on what we needed with our budget! Couldn’t do enough for us and the lady on the till patiently rescanned everything after I forgot to show an additional discount! Definitely the place to go for camping gear!!

Over 10 years of 5 star service

I called up to ask about various amounts common out of my account. Also, I called about the gas meter which there is a problem with… both concerns were dealt with by the woman on the phone who was extremely patient and explained everything as well as saying she is going to investigate the matter urgently for us. Highly recommend them as always. I have been with Octopus for over 10 years and i sometimes forget just how good their customer service is!!

Missing items

The items I ordered were of good quality. Unfortunately, I only received 2 out of the 3 items that I ordered. When I contacted Help, I spent nearly an hour chatting to S****, N** and M***** and got cut off numerous times. I had to start each chat again and didn’t get an answer to my very simple question of when I was going to receive my missing item. I was told I have to wait 3-4 business days for an enquiry to investigate even though I had all the proof and sent it via the chat. Wayfair made the mistake of not sending all the items and they haven’t done anything to put it right yet. I still don’t know when it will arrive

Fantastic service from start to finish

Fantastic service from start to finish. We couldn’t recommend them more highly. They gave us all the options, delivery, finance etc. there was a bit of a wait but it came when they said and it was worth waiting for! Craig and Kevin delivered it and they were superb… unpacking, setting it up, removing all the mess and leaving us with a wonderful exquisite sofa to enjoy. Can’t wait for the next one to arrive!!

Disappointing new business

The company has been taken over by a new business and since this time statements are produced at different times during the month. For a financial service this means they have not provided any financial security or consistency for customers to manage their finances. Consistency, security is key to any financial credit card and the new company fails to provide this. The date the statement is produced does not give customers enough time between statement produced and date of payment taken. It used to be produced around 7th of month with payment being taken 1st. Now you can’t get a statement before 22nd with payment going out on 1st. I’m extremely disappointed with this new business model and have complained about it with no joy. I’ll look to take my business to somewhere who values these qualities.
