Great shopping website and great delivery options!

Ordered a nice pair of shoes. The website is very easy to use. It gives you various options for the delivery either to return or in pick up stores. You choose. Sizes are not accurate

Sizes are not accurate. I ordered Dutch sizes but they are different compared to EU sizes. Which is weird because NL is European. Especially for underwear this is not okay. Also returning items is not easy (only one shipping company which is rare).

I shop often from Veepee but..

I shop often from Veepee. The shipping costs and return costs and the long wait for delivery are main reasons I don’t shop as often as I wished. I preferred the old system of premium members where shipping costs were free . A remark also regarding carton boxes : please Veepee team can you provide with different type of boxes ? These ones wide open in the middle and we can’t use them again if we want to return an item. So cannot recycle ♻️

Return fees

I find that it’s not acceptable to ask for return fees when the bought product is wrongly described on the website. If the description would have been complete and accurate I wouldn’t have bought the product.

Good products/pricing. But unbelievable long delivery times

Good products, nice discounts but time between ordering/paying and final delivery unacceptable long,most of the time about a month later. Whilst other companies deliver between 2 days and a week, same as Veepee in the past, placed a new order on september 17th expected delivery between 10th and 15th of october ??? There is still a lot which can be improved on this subject.

I ordered a lamp

I ordered a lamp. On the box was a big sticker: ‘THE PAKKAGE IS NOT DESIGNED FOR THE EXPRESS DELIVERY. SUPPLEMENT PACK MUST BE ADDED BEFORE THE SHIPPING!’ And they did not :)

After their respons, I sent an mail to the mailadres they said. Heard nothing :)

Always worth visit the site

There is always a wide range of products on offer. Some prices are good deals although sometimes there are also products that seem seemingly cheap but in reality are not such as perfumes and cosmetics. If you were to compare the prices of perfumes with other stores, you would see that veepee is given a discount on the maximum recommended retail price. The packages are very well packed and the shipping costs are not excessively high although it could still be free at a higher purchase price.
