Sizes are not accurate
Sizes are not accurate. I ordered Dutch sizes but they are different compared to EU sizes. Which is weird because NL is European. Especially for underwear this is not okay. Also returning items is not easy (only one shipping company which is rare).

While we always try to indicate sizes as clearly and accurately as possible, differences can unfortunately still occur between brands, even within the EU. Regarding the return process, we know having only one return option isn’t ideal in all regions. We're continuously working to expand our return methods to make it more convenient for all our members.
