User friendly experience

The website is user friendly, the delivery is smooth and although the communication not very detailed, you can trust the package will arrive and most of times before the expected deadline for delivery.
The reason why I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is that the product is quite cheap. Of course the price was appealing, however I was not expecting it to be like this because of the nice pictures on the websites.
Real shopping experiences in retail shops avoid the surprises that one has when buying online.
I’ll still check the site from time to time. But not needing anything, using the concept leads to money waste, consumerism and uncertainty about product quality

The work of Hypotheek saved me so much time and effort getting the best loan for my needs.
One piece of advice: do not rely on the agency and their staff only to get a good deal; that depends on you and you only: get prepared and informed in advance, get to know what you want and need before visiting the agency so they will be able to provide accordingly.

Ottima esperienza di delivery, prodotto conforme e qualità.
Non voglio comprare prodotti nuovi per una questione di sostenibilità e BackMarket mi sembra l’ottima soluzione.

Reliable company

They improved so much from the first time I used them a year ago (where I had a bad experience with a no-show right to go to the airport!).
The app is functional nowadays, and the waiting time never too long.
Prices are correct, can pay with bancontact or cash.
Staff is usually kind and cars are clean.

Ottimo servizio negli anni.

Grazie a Banca Mediolanum ho messo da parte e investito nei settori giusti nel corso degli anni (circa 20 anni).
Il family banker è sempre disponibile (benché spesso oberato). Ho messo 4 stelle anziché 5 proprio per questo: a volte ho avuto difficoltà nella comunicazione a distanza non essendo in Italia e ho avuto timore di non ricevere più il servizio di una volta.
Il servizio telefonico sempre rapido e professionale.
Ho aperto un conto all'estero. I costi sono alti (come lo sarebbero per altre banche suppongo?), ma d'altronde si paga un servizio, che al giorno d'oggi (con centralini all'estero e investimenti ridotti nelle risorse umane) è difficile trovare.

Don't fly with this company unless you are extremely patient and flexible.

The booking modality is not efficient: it's very difficult to track your booking (mine disappeared); there are no centers to call within Europe, so the only way to avoid spending a fortune on phone is Skype.
On the other hand, there is someone who always replies on FB and once you get hold of customer service (pay attention: I said ONCE), staff is helpful.
I might fly with the company again because of competitive cost, and now that I know the (disfunctional) system, I'd be ready to be patient in case of any inconvenience.

Refund of wrong charge

Got charged twice the full flight cost by mistake when changing my inbound.
Sent an email to customer service and got the refund within 72h.
I suggest trusting rather than fearing.
