Unfair Shipping and Return Fees
Why do I have to pay separate shipping fees for each brand in a single order? If the reason is that items are shipped from different locations, then why do all returns go to the same address? If everything ends up in the same place, I should be able to return multiple brands together in one shipment and pay a single return fee.

Regarding returns, while all returns may go to the same address, the initial shipping logistics are still separate, thus requiring individual shipping fees for each brand. However, we appreciate your feedback and will definitely consider it as we continuously work to improve our processes.
Your suggestion about consolidating returns from multiple brands into one shipment and paying a single return fee is valuable, and we will review it to see if it can again be implemented in the future.
