Long delays and unconvenient delivery!
As others already stated, delivery times are quite long, especially for the short distance from BE to LUX (via FRA?).But at least it was announced.
The most anoying part was that the delivery service announced on the day of delivery that my drop off location was 'not available'! Strangely the now available locations were all along the french border only (30km away!!). Seems quite convenient for the delivery service, but not for me :(

Regarding the delivery delays, our goal is always to ensure accurate delivery times and information, but logistics can sometimes be unpredictable, especially for cross-border deliveries like from Belgium to Luxembourg. We appreciate your understanding and are actively working on ways to streamline our delivery process to better serve all locations.
The inconvenience with the drop-off point is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We will investigate this issue with our delivery partners to understand why this occurred and to ensure better options are available in the future.
