The service provided by Andrea was excellent. Even SEMBO has some tricky ways to make you pay ( service package ) to be able to arrange changes or requests in your booking, she was lovely and very helpful. So far I am NOT disappointed with the extra charge but f the service package as it came handy when I requested to add a pet in cabin, which surprisingly was cheaper than the airline fares.

I would give zero stars to Sembo if that were an option. After my flight was cancelled by the airline, I was offered a replacement ticket — but the only available option was six days after my original departure date. When I explained that this was not acceptable, I was told I would have to pay for alternative flights myself.
Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. I would advise others to consider different agencies to avoid similar issues.

This is the second international trip I've booked with Sembo. They have always been very helpful and professional. If I have to chose between a booking agent they are my first choice. the prices and flight options are clear and with nothing hidden. I do wish they accepted American Express/AMEX. The service was quick and helpful. I will continue to use Sembo in the future.

I have reserved flight tickets through Sembo due to their competitive pricing. Unfortunately, my flight was canceled by the airline. I contacted customer service for cancelling and refund, and my request was processed very quickly and efficiently.

another feedback is that I would like to suggest a review of the cancellation fee, currently set at 595 NOK per person, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This amount feels somewhat excessive, and a reduction to around 300 NOK would seem more reasonable and fair. Adjusting the fee could improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall experience with Sembo.

They do not answer at all, calls, emails etc
So once you buy a ticket (which you are not 100% sure if you will get a ticket) then you are left by yourself, it doesn’t matter if you call uk, sweden or norway customer service!
No answer at all
You will just waste your money to call outside norway, and also the assistance package waste of money if they don’t answer your call.

I contacted Sembo three times with a simple request to change the date of my ticket. I received one reply from a representative named Birgitta, and after that — complete silence. My follow-up messages were completely ignored.
This kind of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. No support, no responsibility, just total disregard. It feels like once they receive your payment, they no longer care about you as a customer.
I’m deeply disappointed and cannot recommend this company to anyone who expects to be heard and receive timely assistance.

We ran into some issues with our reserved seats, but once I contacted support it was immediately resolved with new seats that still let us sit together. I don't understand how the issue happened in the first place, but great customer service. Thanks Rebecca 👍
