After getting payment confirmation, SEMBO should issue the ticket and send it to the buyer. All I have now only the payment confirmation.

We booked a travel to dubai with Sembo and paid for the extra service package. Unfortunately one of the connecting flights god cancelled so that we needed another flight.
First off Sembo only notified us two days after the flight was announced as cancelled by the Airline, giving us little time to get god alternatives.
Secondly they charged us 8300 nok (850 dollars) for rebooking, saying they had no options. But both SAS and Emirates claimed there are available options that are free for Sembo to use, but Sembo had to do the booking.
Sembo are claiming the "we are not a travel agency" card and refused to contact SAS for rebooking and started pointing fingers.
Steer clear. If any problems arise, Sembo will not help you unless they can make money off of the problem.
One star, because you can’t rate 0. We received information that our return flight has been moved to a departure 6 days later. When we called Sembo to have them change the tickets to a departure that was only 1 day later than the initial plan, we we’re told that we would receive further information within a week or we could get a full refund. After 10 days we called and asked for an update, here we were told to wait another month. Turkish Airlines could easily change the tickets on the spot, but since we bought through Sembo, Sembo would have to do the change, i.e. Sembo is the hold-up. We told Sembo about this and they told us that we will know more 2 weeks before departure, which is without a doubt the most hopeless answer we have ever received, seeing that 2 weeks before departure tickets will be too expensive to reimburse or change. All the people we talk to now give us the same answer “I’m not the person to handle this”, but can’t tell us who to contact instead. Horrible customer service, horrible company.
Had to change tickets for the whole family. Very efficient and helpful service when I called their office.

I had a hard time paying my additional baggage using two cards and their link was not working so I had to email them. I had a quick response and Johanna helped me a lot in booking the additional baggage. Quick and easy.
After i wrote a bad review of Sembo.se you should check it out by the way.. i've got billed 1000nok(100 euro) for talking on the next day. i have screenshot but too bad i cant post it here, says i changed my booking details, doesn't tell me what i've changed but only my initial price went up by 100 euro.... stay away from Sembo in general. They are scammers they can change your billing information with their partner anytime even if you don't order anything, i'm glad i get an email when they change it, i would not seen it otherwise.
