I would give zero stars to Sembo if…

I would give zero stars to Sembo if that were an option. After my flight was cancelled by the airline, I was offered a replacement ticket — but the only available option was six days after my original departure date. When I explained that this was not acceptable, I was told I would have to pay for alternative flights myself.
Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. I would advise others to consider different agencies to avoid similar issues.

We looked into your case, where your original flight was cancelled by the airline. We then offered you the rebooking option that was available at that time. This rebooking was approved by you in writing.

After you approved the rebooking and the rebooking was completed, you informed that your Visa is expired. We would like to note that ensuring travel documents such as visas are valid is the traveler's own responsibility, as stated in our terms and conditions.

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we have handled the case according to the airline’s rules and our agreed terms.
