I would give zero stars to Sembo if that were an option. After my flight was cancelled by the airline, I was offered a replacement ticket — but the only available option was six days after my original departure date. When I explained that this was not acceptable, I was told I would have to pay for alternative flights myself.
Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. I would advise others to consider different agencies to avoid similar issues.
