I booked a round-trip ticket 20 July 25-to 1 September 25 .for myself and my wife and my kids which 4 passengers.Because my passport requires a visa to enter the country I’m going to I had to order visa and it takes time so I asked Sembo to cancel my return tickets which one way1 September 25 .and it was a month later and they didn’t accept to cancel it .
But the surprise it was when I came back I found that 3 of my tickets been sold to somebody else and I had to buy a new tickets for my wife and my kids hhh .I will never book a ticket again with them and I will never recommend this company for anyone and also very hard to talk with them over the phone u have to keep sending emails and wait for response .

Don't recommend Sembo.
Recently I book hotel for a one night in Chicago. Price on website was 50 euro. Seems good price so I booked. Then I found out at hotel reception I must pay additional 100 $ plus tax. There was no clear information about that. This info was hidden.

Awful company! Our flight has been canceled and we had to purchase a very expensive one 3 hours before the flight and they couldn’t help us! Do not buy with them. And do not buy Norwegian either.

There was a small issue with my booking regarding the luggage, but it was resolved quickly by Daniel. He handled the refund and luggage update smoothly and kept me informed throughout the process.

Terrible experience with Sembo.
I’m currently staying at Hyatt Place Taghazout Bay, and the hotel says Sembo never sent the payment, even though I paid in full weeks ago.
Now the hotel wants me to pay a full deposit again while waiting for Sembo to sort it out.
This is completely unacceptable — they take your money but don’t pay the hotel.
Avoid Sembo until they fix their broken system.

I am extremely disappointed with the inflexibility of the customer service and backwards terms and conditions of this company. I have flights booked over the coming Christmas period which the airline changed the time of (no fault of Sembo). It means I cannot make my connection and therefore cannot fly. Sembos have offered two alternatives, to fly 2 days before when I am not even in the country, or to cancel my booking with an admin fee of 2380kr! Your a travel agent, look for an alternative route. I don't mind paying the extra for different flights but to throw money away on an "admin fee" is an absolute joke. Someone in your office will click a cancel button. Yet another example of offering something and not delivery good service. As a result I know have to book additional flights and train tickets, as well as wait up to 2 months for a refund. Very unsatisfied customer.

The hotel was awful and nothing compared to the pictures presented on the website. They put a 5 star och the website but in reality it wasn't even a 2 star hotel. The quality of everything was very bad from the bed to the tiles to the walls and the shower cabin everything. Even after giving us another room the quality was the same.
Maybe it's a tactic to get the costumer to spend more money and upgrade?
The costumer service of sembo was even worse they took too long to answer and they tricked us for a refund for 2 nights (i booked another hotel for 2 nights) but they only gave us for 1 night.
Overall got the feeling of being tricked both from the pictures and the customer service, our holiday was ruined because of them.

Scam-like practice. I booked a flight via sembo, then when I tried to retrieve my booking from the airline, the airline booking number sembo sent me was not found in the airline system. No matter how many times I tried. Then Sembo sent me numerous reminder (3 reminders) for payment by 14 September. So I thought my payment didn’t go through, and I thought that was why the reference number was not yet recognised by the airline. and clicked to pay. Voila! They charged me twice. I called my bank but the payment already left my account, and therefore my bank coudld not stop it. I think Sembo is a scammer. Dubious, misleading. I wrote to your customer service for refund. If you refuse to refund me of the 2nd payment you took from me due to your misleading, incessant automated emails of payment reminders, I will file for a police report for wrongful charges.

I purchased SEMBO cancellation insurance. I strongly advise all to be extremely careful if you purchase SEMBO cancellation insurance. This, based on my own experience, SEMBO has no intention to honor any cancellation insurance and strategically avoids assisting customers until after their departure date, making the insurance null and void. My experience- On the day before the ticket departure date, I had an unexpected health issue, and I tried to contact SEMBO via telephone, but no answer. As such, I sent an email to SEMBO with my booking number and requested information about the terms and conditions of the SEMBO cancellation insurance. On this same day, I was hospitalized (the day before the ticket departure date) . Lacking any reply from SEMBO I canceled the ticket directly with the Airline. The Airline was very helpful and requested that SEMBO make direct contact to confirm the cancellation that was made on the day before the ticket departure date. SEMBO replied after 8 days, asking if I wanted to cancel the flight. I informed SEMBO that this was done prior to departure, directly with the Airline, as SEMBO did not provide any customer support /reply to my email request for help. 8 days after my email /departure date, SEMBO also sent the doctor/medical form, which I completed and returned to SEMBO. SEMBO then replied that my cancellation insurance was null and void as I did not contact SEMBO before the cancellation of the ticket. Before I cancelled the ticket, I tried to contact SEMBO, but I am convinced SEMBO strategically waited 8 days before replying to make the SEMBO insurance "null and void". Noting that nowhere in the terms and conditions does it state that SEMBO has to implement the flight cancellation, only that they are to be informed. I informed SEMBO, but was still denied compensation through the cancellation insurance I paid for.

Two weeks ago I didn’t get the transfer service I had paid to Sembo. They have not paid me the sum back and they don’t even bother to response my mails. Seems like a fake company. I have never and nowhere got such a below-standard treatment. And unfortunately I am not alone, there are many of us when you read the feedback.
Note! Today 3,5 weeks after the incident I finally got the refund. So it took extremely long time but anyway I got it. (Just to compare last Sunday I made a complaint to HongKong and got the refund as quickly as today, in 2-3 days.)
But anyway I now have my trust back in Sembo.

Made a massive mistake booking a ticket for the wrong date while and realised not even an hour later. Contacted support and turns out their tickets are completely non refundable - no matter the circumstance. Money to the wind
One of the very poor flying experiences that made me minimise the amount of flights I'll be taking in the future
