After getting payment confirmation, SEMBO should issue the ticket and send it to the buyer. All I have now only the payment confirmation.

Absolutely pathetic company when it comes to customer service.
I had multiple flights which were cancelled by the airline. Sembo tried to profir from the situation by charging me almost 50Euro to give me a refund even though the cancellation was from the airline.
They turned a deaf hear to my arguments.
Luckily I claimed through my visa card and wond the case. Got a full refund from my visa card provider!

I would highly recommend Sembo. Last June, I had a problem with my new passport as it didn’t arrive in expected date before my flight to Philippines. Original ticket should be change into my maiden name as it should be the same with my old passport that luckily will expires 2028. Now, my flight was 20th but we called sembo less than 48 hours and they couldn’t help nothing but to rebooked my flight. And yes I paid rebooking for almost 7,000kr. July came and 2 weeks before my flight — new passport still never arrived. Then I have to call sembo again and asked for help. This time, it was very quick! The person that helped me named Arturo and I’m very thankful for his immediate help!! 🥹 They managed to change my surname by buying new ticket and gave me a refund from my original ticket. Refund took only 5 days real quick! I thought it would come after 2 months. So thank you so much Sembo for being very helpful and to Arturo! 🙌🏼 Would definitely buy our next travel again with Sembo!

We ordered tickets from Sembo, since the tickets were more cheaper compared to other travel agencies, but unfortunately as we ordered the tickets,we forgot to write the middle name of 1 of the passengers. We called and emailed Sembo and they were very helpful to fix our concern.Hats off to Sembo!

This website is either a SCAM or misleading the prices all the time. I tried to book a flight and they keep telling me that your order has been failed!! Why cuz that was a cheap price. Now suddenly i have to chose another flight which is like 100$ more. Called to customerservice. He just didnt care. Somwone should digg here and see if this is a LEGIT website.

I purchased tickets on their website with the Norwegian airline.
When I want to add carry on baggage from their website, it charges 4 times more (40euros per baggage) than when I want to add baggage from the airline's website(10 euros per baggage). And since I made my reservation on Sembo website, the airline does not allow me to add baggage online on their website. If I wanted to add luggage at the airport, I wouldn't have bought the ticket from this agency anyway. I chose them because the ticket was affordable, but now it costs me more. I will never choose them again.
At least warn people that if you buy a ticket from us, you cannot add luggage or make any changes from the airline!!
What you are doing is not ethical at all..

I had an extremely bad experience with Sembo. I bought a round-trip ticket to Vietnam with two friends. Tickets will open on December 11. But on November 25, my mother was dying, and I had to return earlier than planned to see her one last time. I contacted Sembo to change my flight date and received guiding to change the flight date. However when we contacted back, it was on Sunday and they closed even though they posted definately wrong information saying they work on Sunday after 10 A.M. Because I didn't have much time left, I had to book a plane ticket with Turkish Airlines to quickly return home. On November 26, my mother passed away and I was still on the plane. Even more sad, I received information from Sembo that Qatar would cancel all my tickets if I did not appear on the flight on December 11. A Sembo employee named Arturo only advised me to buy a new ticket, or to contact Qatar myself for assistance. I called Qatar in Vietnam and was informed that my ticket was purchased from an affiliated agent, Sembo, and Qatar has no right to intervene when the ticket has not been opened. Qatar also advised Sembo to choose to cancel the ticket and refund me, or change the round-trip ticket to a one-way ticket for me from Vietnam to return to Norway because this was an emergency bereavement case. Qatar affirms that the support policy of the affiliated agent can completely do this to help customers. But when I contacted Sembo and recounted what I had been advised by Qatar, I only received superficial silence. After we continued to urge Sembo, once again the young man named Arturo simply replied that they contacted Qatar and could not speed up the process. It's nearly one week now and the flight ticket price jumps higher every day. It's funny that despite such a large Sembo dealer, I only keep hanging around Arturo. Even though I emailed many times and even called many times, it's clear that this guy doesn't want to support me in a good way. From the beginning, instead of advising me, he shifted responsibility and wanted me to contact Qatar myself, when that should have been Sembo's responsibility. After we paid, what we received was not a support service but other difficulties brought by Sembo. It was painful for me to face the pain of losing my dearest mother and have to fight with Sembo to reclaim the rights that I should have been supported by Sembo from the beginning.

I have just had one helpful and good old days decent man called Chistoffer to guide me through an otherwise seemingly daunting task of changing my flight dates.In this modern world of technology and me being 68 years young and almost illiterate with keyboards and usually write emails with a pen then photograph them i felt comfortable in my naive logic that this person was here for ME ,to help ME.Thanks to him my faith in the travel business which began 50 years ago has been confimed as it was back then with real humans glad to help others achieve their dreams come true and to overcome any hiccups which crop up on the way.As an australian i just expressed it to him this way ....you are a bloody ripper of a bloke mate...as good a compliment as i know how to express from the heart..THANKS MATE

I was unsure of whether I needed to purchase the baggage. Even after I thought it wasn’t going to work, he called me back, and said that he had found what I was looking for.
Their page looks a bit sketchy, but you’re able to talk with Scandinavians who are not just trying to have you buy things you don’t need.
