Don't Purchase Anything From This Company

Item purchase never arrived. I emailed them for an update and was told that the item had been discontinued ). I replied back and requested a refund, but had no reply back.
I called them and was told that a refund had been made on the same day via paypal - but still no refund received. I have now had to raise a dispute through Payapl to get the refund. Don't waste your time with this company!

Hopeless service
Order on 23rd and waiting for 12 days for send item and after 12 days they still can’t process order after I cancel order
They don’t have any confirmation form warehouse
Looks like scam be aware from this and wabsite u never get ur order

Not good.



Wish I’d have read these reviews before ordering :(
Ordered the obagi spf tint last week and had no emails. So I emailed to ask if everything was ok and on schedule for delivery by Friday (31st) as the website states.
I had a reply that said the below.

“Many thanks for your order.

Unfortunately, the pharmacy have informed us there is a slight delay in dispatching orders.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Your order is due to be dispatched in the next week. Once dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email along with the tracking information.

We hope the delay has not caused you too much inconvenience. We value our relationship and will do everything to satisfy our valuable customers like you.”

I have since emailed again on 30th Jan asking for a refund as I’m worried this is going to be a headache.

They have replied and said it is due to be dispatched next week but I have cancelled just purely as I’m not sure I trust this.

Waiting for obagi moisturiser ordered…

Waiting for obagi moisturiser ordered more than 2 weeks ago.Told they are waiting for the product from the pharmacy. It will be in this week but they don't know the day? It was not stated on-line it was out of stock. No updates from them you have to phone. This seems a regular occurrence from other customers.

The worst service I have received from…

The worst service I have received from the Manchester branch. I’ve been waiting over two weeks for items, so fed up that I’ve cancelled my order.
Extremely poor service and you have to email them in order for management to call you back.

Highly recommend Neo-Derm.

Highly recommend Neo-Derm.
I called to ask about what would be best. My skin is so sensitive I really struggle with skincare so I had a quick chat with the customer service team and they were so helpful.
They offered 15% off aswell because it was my first order.

My products were sent out the next day aswell and I got some little samples in my bag that I didn't even know about.

Absolutely love these products aswell, they don't irritate my skin at all.

Dishonest and Poorly Managed Service

I placed an order with Neo-Derm 20 days ago, but aside from the initial order confirmation, I received no updates. After emailing them, I was assured my order would ship last week. However, when I emailed yesterday to cancel and request a refund, I was suddenly informed today that the order had "been dispatched this morning"—most likely after seeing my cancellation request. This feels highly suspicious and dishonest. It's clear that Neo-Derm is not equipped to manage an e-commerce business effectively. I would not recommend them to anyone until significant improvements are made.

You order and nothing gets shipped for weeks.

You order and nothing gets shipped.
Then you email asking about your order. They reply that there is an occasional delay ( not true as it happened 3 times in a row that my product was delayed by 2-3 weeks - and I’m talking about shipping it, not delivery).

Please consider choosing more reliable websites

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Neo-Derm Clinics, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. I ordered products from SkinBetter Science after a phone consultation with their knowledgeable staff. The consultation was incredibly helpful, and the team took the time to understand my skin concerns and recommend the best products for my needs.

To my delight, the delivery was swift, arriving much sooner than I expected. The staff was very attentive throughout the process, ensuring everything went smoothly. As an added bonus, they included some SkinBetter Science samples with my order, which was such an exciting surprise! These little extras really showed how much they care about their customers.

Overall, I highly recommend Neo-Derm Clinics for their excellent service, helpful consultations, and prompt delivery. I’m already looking forward to my next purchase!

Shocking organisation

Shocking organisation. I was a new customer and was to receive a discount. However, when you register there is no discount code that allows you to offset against your order.
When I queried this they simply fobbed me off as it was to do with there system!!
. My order is over 8 days late and no further update. I received 1 email stating they have issues with the pharmacy . 24th July is when I paid for this .

I have requested for a full refund and they are refusing this as I can only do this once I receive the products !!

Let me start my experience from the beginning I ordered Obagi hydra oil and the delivery was delayed than a normal time frame. After chasing a few times, they said the delivery was delayed, finally it arrived and it was a defective piece. We went on and on for a few days and finally, they sent the product. Last week I ordered hydroquinone and the automated message said that It would arrive in 7 working days. I emailed them to ask if I could get them by Friday 02.08.24 as I am traveling on Saturday morning, but no reply came through and I emailed them a second time same no response. Somehow I managed to call a clinic number where the lady took my order number and then I got an email saying that they would refund my money as I requested. But there is no apology to the loyal customer.
The product I ordered was not cheap £107. I must say that the other consumers do not use the New Derm they don't value their loyal customers. I am very bitter with the overall service and I will never use them again. Let's see how long it takes them to refund my money. I have read a few reviews here and they are as poor as mine. This is my genuine experience review.

Avoid. Faulty product and won't refund

Product arrived faulty and refund refused! Asked me to try and adapt the packaging so it would dispense for a £45 moisturiser, and lot number to investigate. Refusing refund because of their non-compliant refund policy. Avoid - they don't take responsibility for the products they sell.
