Let me start my experience from the beginning I ordered Obagi hydra oil and the delivery was delayed than a normal time frame. After chasing a few times, they said the delivery was delayed, finally it arrived and it was a defective piece. We went on and on for a few days and finally, they sent the product. Last week I ordered hydroquinone and the automated message said that It would arrive in 7 working days. I emailed them to ask if I could get them by Friday 02.08.24 as I am traveling on Saturday morning, but no reply came through and I emailed them a second time same no response. Somehow I managed to call a clinic number where the lady took my order number and then I got an email saying that they would refund my money as I requested. But there is no apology to the loyal customer.
The product I ordered was not cheap £107. I must say that the other consumers do not use the New Derm they don't value their loyal customers. I am very bitter with the overall service and I will never use them again. Let's see how long it takes them to refund my money. I have read a few reviews here and they are as poor as mine. This is my genuine experience review.
