Lovely items but slow delivery

The delivery is slow. But the customer service and product is really nice.
The delivery does say 3-5 days but I had to push for it to be sent out as it would have definitely gone over the 5 days if I didn’t.
However customer service were brilliant and saw it was sent out to me in time.
The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is the slow delivery.

Bad quality meat

The meat quality is terrible. The chicken was so gristly and the mince was inedible. The recipes are really good though and easy to follow it’s just such a shame about the meat. If I ever ordered again I’d get vegetarian option.

Not good.



Wish I’d have read these reviews before ordering :(
Ordered the obagi spf tint last week and had no emails. So I emailed to ask if everything was ok and on schedule for delivery by Friday (31st) as the website states.
I had a reply that said the below.

“Many thanks for your order.

Unfortunately, the pharmacy have informed us there is a slight delay in dispatching orders.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Your order is due to be dispatched in the next week. Once dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email along with the tracking information.

We hope the delay has not caused you too much inconvenience. We value our relationship and will do everything to satisfy our valuable customers like you.”

I have since emailed again on 30th Jan asking for a refund as I’m worried this is going to be a headache.

They have replied and said it is due to be dispatched next week but I have cancelled just purely as I’m not sure I trust this.

I placed an order on click and collect…

I placed an order on click and collect o the bradfrod store...it arrived as planned and when I got home I found that 2 items where missing 1 being a concealer and the other was a free gift from nyx a matt setting spray, I phoned up and spoke to a guy who resent me my concealer and apologised but said because the other item was a free gift I am not entitled to it so that's just it! so basically I over ordered so I received this free trial size matt fixing spray and now I'm not getting it?? ace! wont be ordering again! stick to superdrug!

i had a nightmare with my order

i had a nightmare with my order! I had it on 4 hour pick up from store but due to a system error it was going to take 3 days and I was going away and needed my order! ben in customer services and armandeep from the broadway Bradford branch were fantastic and hlped me loads! superdrug customer service is second to none!
