Waiting for obagi moisturiser ordered…

Waiting for obagi moisturiser ordered more than 2 weeks ago.Told they are waiting for the product from the pharmacy. It will be in this week but they don't know the day? It was not stated on-line it was out of stock. No updates from them you have to phone. This seems a regular occurrence from other customers.

Ordered 2 bottles of obagi moisturiser…

Ordered 2 bottles of obagi moisturiser one is full one is empty.Opened them both to see as this happened on my last order .Offers for 2 or more products are useless if one is empty.
Customer service replaced both empty bottles after a phone call. Hopefully their supplier will be more reliable in 2025.

Cancellations X 3 on the day of the appointment

Cancelled appointments X 3 on the day of the appointment for my husband. No explanation I was told presumably sickness? Excuse before was that the audiologist was in a meeting . He later denied this and said the call centre got that wrong he was in work!
Rebooked again today but no guarantee it wont be cancelled.Of course they have the deposit for 2nd pair of £3,000 + hearing aids.

Jardine Warrington Told a new Audi Q3…

Jardine Warrington Told a new Audi Q3 would be available end of October . Generic e-mail last week new orders will be delayed. Phone call today awaiting chassis number car not been built yet. This was not a preorder. Carwow states Jardine have new cars in stock - misrepresentation.Insisted a deposit of £500 as good faith- I will be asking for refund .Why is there no regulation on sharp practice ?

Solar panels feed in tariff

Solar panels feed in tariff
On going for 6 months via e-mails and phone calls still not resolved.
Contact is via a call centre India. Neighbours had the same problem!!
I wonder how many more?
