I received a text yesterday informing me that my return flight was cancelled on 15.9.22 from Antalya. The message reads as follows:
Dear Guest, our scheduled flight number 2115 on 15.09.2022 has been cancelled.
The flight in question will be converted to an open ticket with the equivalent value.
If you choose any flight from 7 days before to 7 days after your original flight, we will not charge you extra.
You can edit your open ticket via ""My Profile"" on our website.

So I create an account - tried to login - and no success!!!
Could not login, I could not speak to anyone from Correndon.
I then contact Jetline holidays who were not aware of the cancellation. Jetline contacted me back and rebooked my flights from Gatwick ( I was originally travelling from stansted) . I have had to rearrange my airport parking, and pay extra .
The issue I have now is that I suspect Correndon could this again.
I have received a further message today : dear Guest, only 16 days left until your flight departs. Please check your booking on our website for the latest information. PNR: “
I cannot check the new PNR as it’s not recognised. Yet the old PNR for the cancelled flight is recognised … but you can only check the status 72 hours before.
Very unprofessional airline. I made a huge mistake booking them with Jetline.
You cannot get updates from your website; you cannot login .
It would be great if you reply back Correndon? Please explain what is going on.
Are you aware that most people have time booked from work making it impossible to rebook 7 days before or after !! Are you aware that hotels and transfers are booked .
Kindly provide a response so I can understand.
