The LED Series 2 mask caused pitting in…

The LED Series 2 mask caused pitting in my skin within two months. When I asked to exchange it for Series 1, customer service dismissed my concerns, claiming it was "normal." The extra wavelength in this version seems poorly tested and has ruined my skin.

I regret not choosing Omnilux instead. This mask has been a complete waste of money, sitting unused in my drawer since month two. Avoid it!

I signed up for the free trial and they dont want to end my subscription, help me please what to do. they give me the number to call and I called and he just started talking and give offer. please help me. i am less than a week for the free trial.

MISSING DONATION

They started good but for the last 3 months, not all donation count. keep emailing them and they said 75 days but they never come back. fade up from reporting missing donation and all done through their site. Where is my donation and why they taking them ??. I am sure that my retailers paid them as the purchase has been made and I have sent them everything

I always order my skin care products from them because I know they are authorised retailer and their products are fresh patches due to high demands . The skin care advisor is amazing, I always tell them about my concern and they gave me suggestions of the products that might help my concern. My skin really looking better.
