You order and nothing gets shipped for weeks.

You order and nothing gets shipped.
Then you email asking about your order. They reply that there is an occasional delay ( not true as it happened 3 times in a row that my product was delayed by 2-3 weeks - and I’m talking about shipping it, not delivery).

Please consider choosing more reliable websites

Review of Remini app

misleading subscription

The app says you can redeem your subscription for the Remini WEb but this is not the case.
Tried twice, if you enter your details in the Remini Web you won't be able to use the app without watermark.
Therefore, if you want to use Remini on both desktop and phone, you will have to pay $249 (!!) for the desktop and £ 79 for the app

The worst courier ever

The worst courier ever.
Several times they returned my orders on their own initiative, most of the times without having even attempted to deliver my item to me.
They also lie about delivery attempts as frequently they wrote they tried to deliver my order to me at the oddest times , ie, 9.30 pm (complete lie as I’m always at home weekdays at that time).

Review of Naked Wolfe

My £400~ order was never dispatched by NW and they are unresponsive

Order #UK7932
I have been waiting for NW to dispatch my order ( almost £400) since November.
They use Royal Mail strikes as an excuse but Royal Mail never got my order as it was never dispatched in the first place.
Also, Royal Mail delivered all my November orders (including international ones) but Naked Wolfe.

Naked Wolfe is unresponsive and still has not sent a proof of dispatch, which I asked three times. I have no clue where my order is.

The service is very poor, customer service non existent, unacceptable tbh

My claim was processed and I got my money.
Downsides: the waiting time is extremely long. It took MONTHS. Yet, once the flight company released the compensation, it only took skycop 12 hours to caim their percentage.
It would make more sense to me If Skycop took the compensation directly from flight companies and then transfer it to the client, retaining their 70£ service fee.

Other than that, all good. Emails were replied to promptly, and the customer service was efficient.

Will use Skycop again

Dear Pandora,

Thank you a lot for your feedback! We are happy to hear that your compensation has reached you and we had a chance to prove you that it's worth fighting for! Kindly note, that each case is unique and the time of processing depends on many factors (such as complexity of a case, negotiation with airlines, sometimes, even third parties involving) and we are sorry if that did not meet your expectations. However, we are very grateful for your review and are ready to help you again in the future.

Take care, we wish you safe flights!

Review of Panamoz

Amazing online shop

Amazing online shop, which I did not know until few weeks ago. I came across Panamoz whilst looking for a NIkon D7500 at a reasonable price.

I purchase the camera ( I had a slight problem but that was a problem with Paypal, which decided to send my money as an e-cheque and delayed the shipment). However, customer service (Tina?) was very helpful and kept me updated at all the stages ofthe cheque clearence.
Once shipped, the camera arrived in 2 days only.
It has original user's manual too (some grey imports don', or don't have it in english).

Really good shop and I will defnitely buy there again.

I hope that, in case of faulty items, the policy will actually work the way it is described online .
Thank you

Review of Sakaré

PLEASE READ my experience on Sunday (LONDON, Bond Street)

I was walking with my BF and his sister on Sunday and we were taken in the shop by a sales man . He showed their products starting from the nail kit.
I will try to highlight good and bad points in relation to my experience:
Overall, I am happy I bought these 3 products only, after reading all the bad reviews here on trust pilot I feel kind wise in not having boutght peeling gel and face serum....

GOOD SIDES:
1- items purchased (nail kit; dead sea salt scrub; purifying mud mask) are very good. I am very happy with the results on my nails in particular. The sea salts give an AMAZING feeling on the skin. I applied the mud mask only once so far, but the feeling was good. However, not sure about purifying properties of it. But yes the skin feels good after application and using the magnet is fun.

2- the salesman was almost a showman. I think we spent 1.5 hours in. I realise today they do robbery, but at least you have some fun (if u have time to spend in a shop on a sunday afternoon)

BAD SIDES:
1- They offered plenty of discount to my BF's sister, possibly because of her very clear interest about facial skin products (the most expensive ones). However, the selling style places pressure on people. If they perceive you are insecure about your skin, THEY WILL MAKE SURE U BUY. I managed to spend 35£ for nail kit, 60£ face mask and sea salt scrub was for free.
My BF's sister got (on top of these very same items) also some facial kit and they offered 100+£ of discount. Here is when I started doubting about the quality of these products. Who ever gives 100+£ ( around 60% of original price in that case) discount for a product that is actually expensive not because of the name but because of active ingredients?
They offered me the peeling gel for £30 and I did not buy it.
THEY STARTED PRESSING OUT MY BOYFRIEND TO BUY IT FOR ME! He was going to, I said no, he insisted because he saw I liked it. So THEY asked :" Why not?" And I just said I don't do these things.
I seriously DISLIKED it, they picked up the fact my BF wanted to make me happy and were trying to persuade him.

About the peeling gel (after reading all these reviews I am glad I did not buy it): Overall, we spent almost 500£ in the shop (althoghether).
However, the PEELING GEL is NOT BY sAKARE BUT BY SOAP&CO (investigated for abusing its emplyees, by the way), I found this peeling gel is sold online for £15.... It is incredible they want to sell it for £ 60 , drop to £30 (seriously? 50% off for a gel that is supposed to remove dead cells instantly and amazingly??)

2- they give pressure to people. However, the overall experience was enjoyable. their approach is not customer-focussed, as as any beauty product -related service should -and usually is- be.

3- I use to think about whether I really want to buy something if I realise I get overinterested on the spot: if you see a product that removes dead skin, of course you will feel amazed. Then you should wonder: how comes that reputable brands such as La Roche-posay, Dior ( to quote one which is more dermatologically oriented, and one that is more luxury oriented) sell nothing like this? Can dead skin seriously peel off in kind 2 seconds? If you think about it, it is OBVIOUS that it's a trick ( a chemical trick) and indeed I read the consistency of this gel makes it seem like skin ( yet it gives the same effect on surfaces as wood).

4- Every time I purchase at Dior, Clinians ,Collistar, Estee Lauder, Givenchy, Eucerin, La Roche Posay, Frezyderm (VERY REPUTABLE BRAND) etc, I am ALWAYS given testers for other products, to try them and see how they work.
Sakare' doesn't, not even after you spend lots of money.... This should make u think about the quality of their products.

However: I am happy with the products I bought and I think that specific salesman is good in doing his job. However, saying lies to customers is unethical, but I believe also the sales assistants feel lot of pressure in that brand.

Review of fatlama.com

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

SCAM and possibly fraudolent website

I also received a text from the number 07492885223 asking me the same question, with the same words, as soon as I advertised my piano on gumtree.

Luckily i read the FAQ inthere and borrowers cannot insure, only lenders can and I did let him know. I told the guy I was going to rent my piano at the condition he paid a deposit at half the value of the piano . I also specified that everything would have been put on a contract, in clack on white, just to make it bonding.
He came up with fatlama insurance again, after I told him only lenders can insure (borrowers cannot), I actually used common sense, I read the insurance policy and saw nothing about how the value of an item is calculated. Also, there is no contract offered for the insurance, nothing to sign. This makes it CLEARLY a fraudolent website.
I doubt anyone ever got their money back by using fatlama insurance.

do no trust.
