I bought a gift for my wife's birthday…
I bought a gift for my wife's birthday from the site. It was delivered well in advance but unfortunately couldn't be worn with her ski suit. The company refused to accept a return given this was outside the 14 day return period (it was bought in advance). Not a great experience overall.

Amateur operation masquerading as a premium product/service
Terrible experience with what markets itself as a premium product/service.
I ordered a ski suit on next day delivery (well before the cut off time) ahead of a ski trip. It didn't arrive for two days, by which time I had already gone on my trip. When I returned I logged a return of the item and the portal said I had to pay for return postage! I emailed to complain and they sent me a label. My return was confirmed as delivered but that was 6 weeks ago and still no refund has arrived onto my card. There is also no way to telephone this company, the chat bot wasn't answered on both occasions that I tried (during their stated working hours). You have to email. All in all, what a joke for a company that pretends to be "premium".
Update: It is now nearly two months since this company confirmed to me that my return was delivered back to their warehouse (on 10th March) but they are still yet to provide a refund of £445 for the item. The item was returned late because they delivered it late to me in the first place!
If you order from this company you'd better be sure you're going to keep the item as you may never see your money again.

Jacket split within two days of wear
Disappointed with Quality and Customer Service
I bought a puffer jacket from My Ski Sunday and was really let down. Within just two days of wearing it, the material split—clearly not durable enough for actual skiing, despite being advertised for that use. When I reached out for a refund, I was told I was one week past their refund window, so there was nothing they could do. Extremely frustrating, especially since the product clearly didn’t hold up. I expected better quality and customer support from a ski-focused brand.

Love the product, not the sizing and exchange policy
The products seem to be of very high quality and I love the style. Unfortunately they all ran small compared to my normal sizing (and the size chart). I did process an exchange, so I can't speak to the new sizing yet. It was easy to do, but I did have to pay almost $100 USD for the shipping. That's a lot to pay when you are unsure of sizing.

Absolutely stunning
Absolutely stunning. Ordered the gold champagne cropped puffer jacket, i snowboard aswell so not just for skiers snowboarder can look glam too. It was lovley and warm and so comfy. Will definitely be investing in my sunday ski again for next season.
Bad experience
I ordered for the first time (ski suit, on sale). It came with a stain (I provided the pictures to the customer service and it is clear from the photos but they wrote that they don't see it) and also it was too small. I was shocked with the exchange fee - 50 £ (35 £ if I return without exchange). I decided to return and regret this purchase very much :( One more thing, I'm trying to put a photo of a stain here, but system won't allow it. The same happened when I tried to book a return so I needed to contact customer service and then they fix it after, so I finally book a return. Sending this back and paying 35 £ for returning the suit with a stain.

Avoid at All Costs
Avoid at All Costs
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this clothing company was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others.
I ordered a ski jacket that looked great online, but what I received was nowhere near the advertised quality. The material felt cheap and flimsy — definitely not worth the price. The pocket zippers were a nightmare, getting stuck on material so that they were useless and inoperable.
Unfortunately, the customer service was just as bad. When I reached out to explain the issue, they were dismissive and refused to take any accountability. I was told I would have to pay upwards of $70 to return the faulty jacket. In the end, I had to go through my credit card company and file a claim just to get my money back. It should never have come to that.
Save your money and shop somewhere that actually values quality and customer satisfaction.
Perfection
Through the years, I’ve ordered four suits from My Sunday Ski, and each one has been absolutely gorgeous. The quality is consistently top-notch, the fit is excellent, and they offer great warmth along with reliable wind and water protection. I couldn't be happier!
Great product let down by after sales service sadly
Love the product, if it were to fit properly went by measurements but sizing chart unreliable ...return to exchange my size was too costly and not in my currency was going to cost nearly the same amount the item was to exchange for another size
So not great after service
€84.70 refund still owed but no response
One month on from my return and I am still owed €84.70 for return shipping labels which I did not use. I got advice from the company via email before doing my return, as I wanted to use my own cheaper shipping method instead of using their return labels priced at £70 (€84.70) in total. They advised that if I did not use their labels I wouldn’t be charged for them, but I have been charged and now when emailing the company to resolve this, nobody is responding.
In full - I am an overseas customer and I noticed that the company was set up well for overseas orders with items listed in € and free delivery to the EU, but that’s where it ends as the company’s ‘subsidised’ return labels, which you are encouraged to use are £35 each, meaning my return in total would cost me £70 (€84.70) as I placed 2 orders. I understand that the company outlines in their T&Cs that returns are not free, however this does not necessary justify the cost of the returns that the customer is then responsible for, especially as I found that I could send both items back with the Dutch equivalent of Royal Mail (PostNL) - fully legit, tracked, insured up to €5500, signed for etc for just under half the price at £34.12. I emailed the company to ask them how to go about registering my returns in this case, as their returns portal automatically deducts the cost of their own return labels from your refund amount. They advised me that I register the returns on the portal as normal and I would only be charged for their labels if I actually went ahead and used them. I wrote back to confirm if I’d understood correctly and they wrote back to say that I had. I have now received my refund but the €84.70 for return labels, which I did not use, has still been deducted. I have since emailed twice to request the money back but no one is answering me, it feels like I’m being ignored. I will have to go to an ombudsman if the refund is not paid back in full as agreed.
