Jacket split within two days of wear

Disappointed with Quality and Customer Service
I bought a puffer jacket from My Ski Sunday and was really let down. Within just two days of wearing it, the material split—clearly not durable enough for actual skiing, despite being advertised for that use. When I reached out for a refund, I was told I was one week past their refund window, so there was nothing they could do. Extremely frustrating, especially since the product clearly didn’t hold up. I expected better quality and customer support from a ski-focused brand.

Please note that if the item had arrived damaged, we would of course have replaced it right away. However, based on the photos you provided, the slit in the fabric appears to be a clean cut that’s more consistent with accidental damage, such as from a fall or contact with skis, rather than a fault in the garment itself.

Ensuring our products perform well on the mountain is extremely important to us, however unfortunately we aren't able to take responsibility for damage that occurs during use. We do our best to make this clear in our policy, and while we understand your frustration, we hope you can appreciate our position.
