More than expected experience overall

Great experience overall. Justin was super helpful with all the questions I had, answering my emails promptly. The delivery was great too, initially I thought they will leave the package in the block lobby but they actually brought it in my flat! The quality of the product is amazing, I didn't expect to look better than the website picture.
Having some awful experiences in the past this one went over my expectations. Also, it has been delivered with 1 week before the schedule. I'm thinking now to order more products. Keep doing the great job!

Outstanding products and exceptional…


Outstanding products and exceptional customer service!

I initially ordered a ski suit in a larger size and needed to return it. The customer service team was incredibly responsive throughout the process, ensuring I received my refund quickly. Thanks to their efficiency, I was able to reorder the correct size just in time for my holiday. I've also purchased other items, and the quality has been absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

Delivery of £260 worth package left in an unsecured area and never called the flat. It is not the 1st time when it is happening. You need to change Evri!

I wish I had read these reviews…

Update after one month. You have replied that you are very sorry and to contact you and I did so. I was told that someone will be in touch with me and it is one month now and no-one contacted me. Please don't answer with this template anymore and try to offer a help when you make huge mistakes!

I wish I had read these reviews before!! Really, please stay away and don't risk ordering anything from this company.

My horrible experience is the following: On January 8th, 2024, I placed an order for a sofa with an estimated delivery date of February 12th. Despite checking the app regularly, the delivery date never changed. I planned my day to be at home for the delivery and even organised a visit from my family who were coming from abroad. However, on February 12th, I received no message from Wayfair. When I contacted customer care on WhatsApp, the first person I spoke to claimed that the sofa was in transit and they didn't know the arrival date. Sensing something was wrong, I requested to speak to a manager. After waiting for 2 hours, I received an email stating that my money had been returned due to a 'glitch in the system' (a typical excuse). It's infuriating that after keeping me waiting for a month and taking full payment, they suddenly inform me they can't deliver my order.

Upon calling them, I spoke to a more honest person who revealed that the order had never been placed by them and the warehouse in Italy never received it. This contradicted the previous claim that it was in transit. Furthermore, they insisted that everyone has access to the same system, so there was no reason for me to speak to someone else. This level of unprofessionalism is beyond ridiculous.

As a result of Wayfair's negligence, my guests coming next week now have to pay for a hotel because the company couldn't even bother to check their orders properly. To add insult to injury, I have to wait 5 days to get my money back. Shame on you for treating customers this way! It's a hard lesson learned to always research
and trust these comments. STAY AWAY!"

We are currently working with our internal teams to resolve the technical error in our order processing system and expect that the item will become available again shortly.
