I bought a gift for my wife's birthday from the site. It was delivered well in advance but unfortunately couldn't be worn with her ski suit. The company refused to accept a return given this was outside the 14 day return period (it was bought in advance). Not a great experience overall.

We would like to clarify that our returns policy is fully in line with UK consumer protection regulations. As stated clearly on our website, customers have *14 days from receipt of the item to log a return on our portal, and then a further 14 days to return the item to us. In your case, the return request was submitted outside of the 14-day window, and therefore did not meet the criteria for a standard return. Despite this, we still offered an exchange*as a gesture of goodwill - going beyond our usual policy to try and help.
