Very poor support. They were good at contacting prior to subscription but thereafter almost impossible to speak to anyone at support team. I cancelled my subscription June last year. Go Student randomly took a payment in December and it’s been almost 4 months since I have been trying to get hold of someone to get a refund. When calling support they tell me that someone will be in touch within 7 days but no one ever does. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

Raman at the Uxbridge clinic is very professional and friendly.

I have used property photo plans and cannot express how satisfied I am with their device. Their professionalism and attention to detail cannot be faulted. If you are looking for a company to take your property photos/ plans or EPC’s then go no further, they are the brilliant!

Dan the photographer from Photoplan came and took photos of my home. He was very conciencious of my home and did what he could to ensure he left with the photos that could best show my home. Photoplan were amazing and professional. I would highly recommend them.
