Returns
Recieved clothing , lovely clothing but too big , I promptly returned last week and asked for exchange items , I'm concerned now that as I returned next day delivery last week I havnt heard anything about my new items been sent out ! I'm going away next week and require a ski suit , I don't have one , I did email and got a response that the items would be sent out as per the exchange policy but still was not given a time frame ! I appreciate that I'm asking for a quick turn around , but I would have just liked a timeframe as I'm going to have to order a new suit which would mean needing to send my exchange items back and then await a refund ! If I knew they would be sent out this week it would be saving me a lot of time and money and also prevent me having to return yet further items ! I have emailed again this morning so I'll update this review if I get a positive outcome ,
I'm updating this as they have since responded , and will be receiving my items shortly , initially I was was too hasty writing this review as I was in a rush for the replacement items due to the holiday ! In hindsight I should have asked for a refund and re ordered the items to ensure I received on time !
