Unfortunately while we offer free shipping on orders sent out, we are not able to extend this to returns. We choose to use a tracked and insured return method to ensure your item arrives back safely and you receive your refund without issue.

Our return policy, including the £8 return fee, is clearly outlined on our website. We aim to be as transparent as possible so you can shop with confidence, so apologies if this was missed ahead of purchase.
