Caution: Chinese fraudster!
First of all, I didn’t get any email confirmation, receipt or shipping update after my account was charged. It took almost a month for them to tell me that one of the items is out of stock. They offered $10 credit towards the replacement. I asked the to refund me the payment of the out of stock item and ship the available ones.
Second, they never respond to my email even with multiple email. Couple of months later, I asked them for refund my item since they’re not delivering.
No respond at all. Is there a no star rating?

Absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen
I’ve done a lot of online shopping and these guys are probably the worst I’ve ever encountered.
I ordered two shirts, only one arrived, along with a hideous pair of swim trunks… the material for both of them was a strange synthetic material that looked good in the photos, but was completely synthetic in person.
I couldn’t contact them for a refund, got no response and had to call in a fraud to my credit card to have them take care of the case.
Expect to be duped by online pictures and receive things that are laughably terrible in quality in person. Absolutely the worst online platform that I’ve ever come across.

Customer service deliberately ignored an issue I had with an order and wouldn’t acknowledge it as a tactic to avoid taking responsibility for it. Ordered two shirts, package arrives with only one shirt. I inquire on status of other shirt and if it’s in back order. Simply get told my package was delivered. I again reiterated that I ordered two but only received one and said yes my package was delivered but was missing an item. Response: Dear customer, our tracking shows the package was delivered. Please check with your neighbors.” Sent a new separate email thinking this person can’t read. Different rep, same response. I’m out $40 and never got my 2nd shirt. Awful business. You lost a customer for good. Stay away completely.
