Order- MT192701 We purchased 3 items last October and when they arrived they were nothing like the photos, sizing was way too small and cheaply made, very synthetic. We reached out to try and get an address to return and get a refund within 24 hours and they refused to give me an address. Said they would refund 30% then 50% but we were entitled to a full refund as goods were not as described. I tried to dispute through PayPal but as I paid through the pay in 3 and I missed the second payment it was sent to a debt company. I have tried to dispute it in several occasions but have got nowhere and we are paying off £5 a month towards items we will never wear. I have had over 40 emails with this company and they advised it can take up to a year for a refund!! They now have told me that the refund has been processed back to a card number we have never had! They are absolute scammers with no intention of refunding. It’s been a very stressful experience. How is this company still going? AVOID AT ALL COSTS- do not buy from this company!!!!!!!!!

Amit was very friendly, professional and made me feel very relaxed as I have had complex surgery on my eyes and I am always concerned when visiting the opticians. Hannah and Kerry were so helpful and honest whilst I was trying on new glasses to purchase - even though I couldn't see!!! lol The whole experience was so friendly and welcoming and nothing felt like too much trouble for any of the girls. I would highly recommend. Well done Sudbury!

We Made sure we were there well over an hour in advance as the instructions advised. On arrival a man with a clipboard confirmed our details and directed us to our space. Very well organised and value for money. I would imagine it gets very packed and difficult to get out on packed out match days.

Some couriers seem to be better than others but my main issue is that you can’t actually get through to anyone at EVRI customer services to talk too! Only an automated system that tells you there is a hold up with your delivery and we know! This isn’t good enough! Never written a review but it’s a present for Christmas.
